Howard Moxon, also known as The Broker is an antagonist in Hitman, serving as one of the elusive targets in the World of Assassination Trilogy. A professional and world renowned antiques trader, while he is an obnoxiously pomp and spoiled rich man, he secretly uses his job to fund both his excessively wealthy lifestyle as well as terrorist organizations across the world. A contract was put on his life through the ICA and he was then assassinated by Agent 47 in Paris.
Personality[]
Spoiled rotten to the core, Moxon tries to appear friendly and outgoing but is really anything but. He is quick to insult people to their faces and almost permanently demonstrates an air of arrogance. He has an extreme amount of national pride for England and a considerable degree of contempt for other nations, holding particular disdain for Norway calling them blind and vikings. His greed is immense as is his desire to maintain both his image of being super wealthy and the related lifestyle, often scamming his clients by selling them fakes of various antiques and it is implied he is friends and does business with The Forger Sergei Larin.
Despite this, Moxon holds a terrible secret. While much of his wealth goes towards his own greedy, hedonistic lifestyle, a lot of it also goes towards funding terrorist movements worldwide. It isn't entirely known why he does this, and it could simply be he enjoys causing chaos or just likes it when people suffer.
