Hrist and Mist are minor antagonists in the 2022 action-adventure video game God of War Ragnarök. They are loyal Valkyries that serve Queen Gná and Odin.
They serve as the main game's story third final bosses, before Thor and then Odin.
History[]
They both appear after Kratos stabs Surtr, attempting to kill Kratos and Atreus. Whenever they begin to become fatally wounded, they call to the All-Father for support, receiving magical health boosts, before continuing the fight.
Eventually, they are unable to call for any more support, after Odin's magic saves them three times, and the Spartan and son aim to finish them off. Mist gets her neck snapped by Kratos, while her sister Hrist gets bloodily torn in half by Atreus, who then tosses both halves of her body aside.

They are green and gold valkyries with feathered wings and masks.
