The Hugo Family are minor antagonists of Pixar's 12th full-length animated feature film Cars 2. They are group of a lemon family formed by their leader Victor Hugo, their work for Professor Zündapp and Sir Miles Axlerod.

Cars 2[]
At the Oil Rig, Pacific Ocean some Hugos, were with their second leader Professor Zündapp, as well C.H.R.O.M.E. agent Finn McMissile was sneaking in and spy the camera, some Hugos died in an explosion and other Hugos with other lemons surrounded him to kill him.
Inside Stephenson, the cameras that were uploaded by Finn and Holley at Italy, Victor Hugo and Alexander Hugo with Ivan and other black Hugos were passing in their road behind the other Lemon families.
When the Porto Corsa Grand Prix started, Alexander and Ivan with other black Hugos appear outside the Porto Corsa casino, waiting for his boss, were mocking and laughing at the Gremlin family's models, later Holley Shiftwell tricks them for her "grandfather who suffered an accident", later Mater disguises as Ivan to tow Victor Hugo to the Casino.
Alexander saw that "Ivan" is acting weird, but Mater accidentally exposes the places where the henchman is wanted, which bothers him and tells him to be quiet. At the party to celebrate the Lemons' victory, The three Lemon Heads greeted Victor at a meeting, so they could all discuss on how to discredit Allinol.
After Holley gets kidnapped by Ivan and other black Hugos, Alexander is surprised that "Ivan" already wants to leave when he asks him if he is enjoying the party. But later Mater accidentally showed himself to the Lemons when they had a plan to kill Lightning McQueen. But after Mater, Finn and Holley were getting discovered and captured by the Lemons, Ivan showed up and talked to Lightning McQueen for a while to cover the lemons' tracks.
Before the starting of the London Grand Prix, after Miles lied to McQueen saving his fuel Allinol, Victor appears with Vladimir Trunkov, Tubbs Pacer, J. Curby Gremlin and Professor watching McQueen racing preparing to kill, but when Zündapp failed his weapon to kill Mater and gets scared by Shiftwell, Victor and the others decided to kill McQueen.
After Tony Trihull's death and Grem and Acer's defeat, Professor Zündapp faced his defeat by the spies, the Lemons with Victor, Alexander and Ivan appeared among the Lemons surrounding Mater, Lightning McQueen, Finn McMissile, and Holley Shiftwell on the verge of killing them. But Mater tried to redeem them they refused to redeem themselves. But near to the end, Mater hits Ivan and two black Hugos unconscious while everyone were fighting in street, but later Victor Hugo and the remaining Lemons saw that Ramone painted Tubbs' eye and later Alexander with Tolga, Tubbs and other two lemon cars were arrested by Sarge and his mates after the fight.
Cars 2: The Video Game[]
In Cars 2: The Video Game, some Hugos were seen in the intro of the game where Mater saves Finn McMissile to escape and kill Professor Z and his lemons. He and other lemons chased Finn and Mater up the spiral thing. Then in the round tunnel, lemons from both in front and behind him were coming to him about to crash him. Then Finn drove upside down in the tunnel and away from the lemons, causing the lemons to crash into each other and explode.
Kinect Rush: A Disney/Pixar Adventure[]
Alexander Hugo is the only member that appeared in the game as a badge after defeating Zündapp in Kinect Rush: A Disney/Pixar Adventure.

They are described as malicious, genius, sadistic and minor jerks, as well they enjoyed "The Death of Allinol" as a celebration with the other lemon families, they also at the they were cowards after getting defeated by The RS Residents.

- Some Hugos (and Park Motors XS) appear in Cars Toons: Tales from Radiator Springs, Cars 3 and Cars on the Road, but their are not villains for this:
- Hans (or Han): he is the owner of Han's Pet Boutique, he would be appeared in Tokyo with other cars yelling at Tyler Gremlin.
- An unnamed Hugo from the Marché Aux Pièces: He works only as a parts seller.
- Hit and Run: they are two Park Motors XS, who competed in the Thunder Hollow Speedway, almost they are based in the 1983 Volgar Hugos.
- Nudger: Like Hit and Run, he is a Park Motors XS, who competed in the Thunder Hollow Speedway, almost he is based in the 1983 Volgar Hugos.
- Jeremy: he is the only Hugo to be an heroic Road Rumbler and the deutergonist/tritagonist of Cars on the Road episode "Road Rumblers"
- Out of the eleven members of the Hugo Family, most of all the members (two percent, to be exact) in the family were arrested.
- Victor and Alex are the only regular Hugo who were arrested in London.
- Out of the four Lemon families there are, the Hugo family is the shortest lemon family that ever existed, at some members along the Pacer and Trunkov families.
- Out of the fourteen members of the Hugo Family, at least seven percent of all the members (one out of fourteen) in the family have died.
