Hwang Yongmin is a major antagonist of the light novel and manwha series, The 100th Regression of the Max Levels Player. He is a player of the deadly survival game and a leader of the a gang who is well known for brutal tactics and strategic thinking for betraying others.

Hwang Yongmin appears to be muscular and tough build resembling his violent personality as his burly frame with intimidating prescence makes him a formidable opponent. He is seen to wear a smug expression especially when he looks down on those who he deemed weak carrying a predator glean when he shows power on weak people.

He is a power hungry, self serving and high manipulative individual where he often uses charm and deceit when he gains trust on other people where he only betrays them when it suits his interest. However, he displays cowardice despite his brutal nature in overwhelming odds as his arrogance tends to friction with others.
History[]
Originally, he was a lackey under Jo Joong-sik where he used it as an opportunity when his former boss started losing power where he bears them to death in order to size control of authority where he was granted with Authority Powers where he can have the command the weaker players while he acts as a new representative.
He later become obsessed to use Seo Arin, a famous actress where he plans to abuse the authority power to force her in his submission making her personal slave which draw the attention of Ryu Min.
