Hydra , often capitalized as HYDRA, are a major antagonist in the 2024 hero shooter game Marvel Rivals.They are a fascist terrorist organization that operated on Earth for an unknown length of time. One of their known base is at Ross Island, Antarctica in a military base called Charteris Base.
They are responsible for Bucky Barnes' transformations to the Winter Soldier, in order to assassinate their enemies.
History[]
It is unknown when HYDRA first operated but it is assumedly found by the Hive with the purpose to create an antiquity as a cult with a committed devotion to its leader. It would continued on during the 20th Century. Which they'll encounter Captain America and Bucky Barnes. After the disappearance of Captain America, they got a hold of Barnes and brainwashed and torture him to become the Winter Solider with the overseer of the experiments being Arnim Zola.
