“ | Ha, I'm afraid to say it's not 1998 anymore. Things have changed since you decided to leave. These days it's not about collecting cans of creamed corn and childish platforming. Now it's all DLC and micro-transactions, and F-CK YOU, do you want a chicken nugget?! | „ |
~ The IGBG CEO declining Pim's request to create a new Gwimbly game and offering Allan his chicken nugget. |
“ | Troglor, I can't allow them to make an independent Gwimbly game. It's my IP to sit on and do nothing with! We must find them... and destroy them. | „ |
~ The IGBC CEO after hearing that Pim plans to make an independent Gwimbly game. |
The IGBG CEO is one of the two main antagonists (alongside James) of the Smiling Friends episode Gwimbly: Definitive Remastered Enhanced Extended Edition DX 4K (Anniversary Director's Cut).
He is the chicken nugget-loving CEO of "Insane Groundbreaking Games," the company that owns the rights to the Gwimby I.P. His refusal to do anything with the property puts him at odds with the returning Gwimbly.
He is voiced by Lyle Rath, who also voices Mr. Man from the same series and the Fudge in The Amazing Digital Circus.
Appearance[]
He was a short, hefty, blue-skinned humanoid figure with a thick layer of stubble covering his face. His eyes were bulging, with striking yellow irises, and he had a wide mouth. He was completely bald apart from thin hairs dotted across his head.
He was dressed in a blue polo shirt and navy pants, along with black shoes and a pair of crooked eyeglasses.
Personality[]
He embodies the quintessential greedy executive stereotype; he displays a snarky and obnoxious demeanor, especially towards Gwimbly when he proposes a new Gwimbly game. He mocks Gwimbly for his failed solo career and flaunts his replacement, Troglor, as a form of ridicule. He attempts to force Gwimbly into humiliation by suggesting that Gwimbly could "kiss his nugget" to be included as just a skin in the upcoming game. He typically talks in an exaggerated, sarcastic and insulting tone.
He despises unauthorized use of his company's intellectual property, as believes he should be able to sit on and do nothing with it. This leads him to join forces with Troglor to murder his former mascot and the Smiling Friends after realizing they intent to make an independent game.
The CEO has an obsessive fixation on chicken nuggets, consuming them in large quantities and frantically dipping them in various sauces. His obsession escalates to the point where he dips a chicken nugget in his own blood as he dies. He also has multiple bottles of soda on his desk.
