Ibara is a minor antagonist in the dark fantasy anime/manga series Akame Ga Kill!. He, alongside Sten and Mez, were member sof the Four Rakshasa Demons and served as a member of The Empire's executioners on behalf of Prime Minister Honest.
He was voiced by Satoshi Hino (who also voiced Kamui in Gintama Johngalli A. in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean and Ainz Ooal Gown in Overlord) in Japanese and Andrew Lowe in English.
Appearance[]
Arguably one of the ugliest figures in Akame Ga Kill!. Ibara is a insanely tall and muscular man that wears shorts similar to that of a Muay Thai Combatant. He had ghostly-white skin with red seams around the top of his head and stump which resemble stitches. His purple hair was long and braided into two long strands at the bottom, with long bangs framing each side his face that can stretches through his body like an tentacle. His eyes were abnormal, with fully black sclera and blue pupils. There were dark markings visible on his face and body. Similar to his fellow Rakshasa Demons, Ibara also wore armor plating on his forearms.

Nothing is known about Ibara's past, but just like his companions, he got abilities to stretch her body and a inhuman aspect through the consumption of the blood of an Danger Beast called Lake Kraken.
Akme Ga Kill! Zero[]
Ibara and the other Rakshasa Demons came to help the Elite Seven kill. When the Elite Seven started their ambush, Ibara, alongside Suzuka and Akame, fought Cassandra.
Akame Ga Kill![]
Ibara and his companions were tasked with protecting Bolic from Night Raid. He sneaks up on the two army members and beheads them. He then reveals himself to Akame, who remembers him from the assassination units in the capital ended up fighting against Akame in the cemetary. Throughout the battle, Ibara gave Akame a hard time, trying to defeating until she breaks her neck.
Akame eventually obtaining Murasame by slashing him, but it appears her Teigu "doesn't take liking of him", according to her and Ibara was dismembered to pieces, leading him to die from the Murasame poison.
