The Ice Cream Men are the recurring antagonists of Codename: Kids Next Door. These men serve as henchmen and foot soldiers to The Delightful Children From Down The Lane and Father. They apparently sell ice cream only to "responsible adults", referencing the real life tendency of ice cream trucks to drive by potential customers without stopping, to the point of it appearing to be intentional.
History
The Ice Cream Men first appeared in Operation: I.-S.C.R.E.A.M. as henchmen of the Delightful Children From Down The Lane during their plan of destroying Sector V with a gigantic Ice Cream Monster.
The Ice Cream Men also serve Mr. Boss and other villains in some appearances.
