Igor is a villain in Matt Hatter Chronicles. He is a hunchback who serves Lord Tenoroc.

The Chimes of Chaos[]
Igor is summoned by Lord Tenoroc to go to Carnival City and seek the Bell Gem to cause chaos in the Multiverse. However, he has no luck finding it, and when contacted by Tenoroc, he is forced to explain that his Moon Beam is not helping him find his target. An aggravated Tenoroc informs him that the Moon Beam is upside-down, which Igor quickly fixes.
Igor watches Roxanna and Gomez be approached by some Howlers, and after hearing her say that the Howlers can't help the way they look, he takes a liking to Roxanna. However, Spike suddenly arrives and startles the Howlers, causing them to attack, with one landing right on Roxanna. Fortunately, Igor saves her and drives the Howlers off with his handbell. Unfortunately, Gomez then uses his dinosaur whistle, which irritates Igor. Gomez then realizes who Igor is and tells Roxanna to summon Matt.
Upon arriving, Matt spots an energy beam from the moon and realizes that it is in line with Igor's tracks. Matt, Roxanna, and Gomez follow the tracks and find Igor digging until he finds the Gem. Matt runs out of hiding and shoots a Pulse Blast at Igor, only for Igor to deflect it. Igor runs away and climbs up a building. Matt uses magnetic power to bring Igor down and tells Roxanna to finish Igor, but due to her conflicting feelings, Roxanna can do nothing, and Igor successfully escapes, sending chunks falling to the ground. Some trap Gomez, but Matt frees him by freezing a beam and then stomping on it.
Igor runs to the sky rails, but the trio goes after him. At the Bell Tower, Igor shows Tenoroc the Bell Gem and is told to activate it. He drops the Gem, and the beams form a bell, which Tenoroc tells Igor to ring. Igor complies and starts to ring the bell, much to Tenoroc's delight at the prospect of Carnival City being plunged into chaos. The chimes start to destroy Carnival City just as Matt is waking up from having been knocked out.
Matt, Roxanna, and Gomez ride to the Bell Tower to smash the bell, but Igor jumps down to stop them. He tries to use his handbell on Matt, but Matt escapes, and much to Igor's horror, Roxanna is hit instead. Igor grabs an unconscious Roxanna and carries her to the Bell Tower, while Matt goes to save her.
Matt flies up using his jet boots and blasts Igor, sending him off of the roof (although Igor saves himself by grabbing a ledge). Matt then tries to use Roxanna's staff to smash the bell, but cannot, as only Igor can ring the bell. Igor blasts Matt away and is just about to ring the bell when Gomez distracts him with the dinosaur whistle. Igor grabs the whistle, but the distraction allows Matt to fly back and freeze the bell. When Igor tries to ring it, the bell vibrates, about to explode. Matt plays on Igor's love for Roxanna and convinces him to hand her over. However, Igor himself is not able to escape before the bell explodes, resulting in him going hologram and being captured by Matt.
Personality[]
Igor is shown to be rather dim, and also apparently schizophrenic, constantly talking to someone else whom no one else can see or hear. He is apparently capable of love, developing a love for Roxanna after hearing her talk about the way people look.
Powers and Abilities[]
Even though he is not very big, Igor is powerful, able to ring a large bell.
