Ilioukhine is a minor antagonist turned ally in the anime/manga series Kinnikuman.

Biography

Kinnikuman Nisei

Ilioukhine is first seen during the Chojin Olympics: The Resurrection Arc where he is seen during the qualifying rounds brutally slicing his opponent in half so that he can become the Chojin representative of Russia in the Chojin Olympics.

Ilioukhine would continue without any issue until the third round where he had to race against two other Chojin to reach a girl who was falling to the ground. At the start of the race, Ilioukhine was attacked by the two and fell behind so he activated his Aircraft Genetic, turning into a plane and flying through his two racers, decapitating one of them and bisecting the other with his wings before catching the girl.

When the three-legged race event started, Ilioukhine was quick to grab and choke Meat Alexandria until he agreed to be his partner for the event. Ilioukhine and Meat would accel at the race and pull ahead of everyone else until Ilioukhine gets grabbed from behind by Maryu who Ilioukhine slices the arms off of with his wings.

In the end, Ilioukhine would be one of the twelve Chojin to participate in the first round of the tournament, however, Ilioukhine was fortunate enough to be one of the two Chojin to skip to the quarter-finals. Ilioukhine would be put in a match against Destruction.

In their fight, Ilioukhine would initially be on the receiving end of Destruction's beating until he used his Aircraft Genetic to transform into a stealth fighter and would repeatedly slash Destruction while he couldn't see him until his blood revealed Ilioukhine's location. After Destruction impaled Ilioukhine and threw him into the air, he became tired and Ilioukhine would use this to his advantage and turn into a spitfire plane to slash off his horns before piledriving him to the ground.

During the semi-finals, Ilioukhine would fight against Kevin Mask in a match where Ilioukhine would repeatedly get badly beaten and have his arms torn off by Kevin's OLAP technique before being thrown from the ring to the ground which would have killed him if Meat didn't catch him in time.

After this loss, Ilioukhine would fully recover and start to become more like a Justice Chojin, valuing the lives of those around him and eventually team up with Mantaro to save Meat from the Demon Seed.

Powers and Abilities

• Chojin Physiology: As a Chojin, Ilioukhine has superhuman strength, speed and durability. Other abilities that Chojin have that Ilioukhine has is the ability to grow to be as large as a building and the ability to fly without wings or thrusters, even in the vacuum of space.
• Aircraft Genetic: Ilioukhine has the unique ability to physically transform his entire body into any aerial vehicle that he wants such as fighter planes and helicopters.
