International Genetics Incorporated, also known as InGen Corporation, are the secondary antagonists of the Jurassic Park franchise.
They are a bioengineering company founded by John Hammond that performs research to recreate extinct dinosaurs and expose them in a theme park called Jurassic Park, and are rivals with Biosyn and Mantah Corp. In the movies, following the deaths of John Hammond and later Simon Masrani, the company undergoes various illegal activities involving selling dinosaurs for military assets, working with Vic Hoskins to achieve this.

Jurassic Park[]
At the start of the film, Robert Muldoon and some of the workers were preparing for the arrival of a new velociraptor armed with tasers. The Raptor known as the "Big One" arrived in a large cage, Muldoon had some of the workers to load the cage. However, when Jophery the gatekeeper lift open the cage, the Big One pushed the cage and started to drag in Josephy. Muldoon and some the workers tried to save Jophery and stop the Big One but failed. Later, Jophery's family was using Ingen for his death, but Hammond couldn't make it as he was with his daughter who was getting a divorce. To see if the park is safe, park investors sent Gennaro to invite Alan Grant, Ellie Shatler, and Ian Malcolm to park before opening.
The Lost World: Jurassic Park[]
Four years after the events of the first film, Ingen is now facing multiple lawsuits from the families of Donald Gennaro, Ray Arnold, and Robert Muldoon and damages on Isla Nucbar. The company is now run by John Hammond's greedy nephew: Peter Ludow who wants to revived Hammond's dream of Jurassic Park. After a little girl was attacked by Compsognathus while on site B and decided to use this incident to removed Hammond from control of the company. Ingen sent a company of hunters led Ludow and Roland Tembo to capture some of the dinosaurs and bring them to the mainland. However, Sarah and Nick freed the dinosaurs and destroy most of Ingen's equipment and vehicles, but thanks to Dieter Stark he was able to reveal to Tembo and Ludlow that they weren't alone on the island.
After the Tyrannosaurus mated pair destroy Ian, Sarah, and Nick's vehicles, Tembo, Sidhu, Stark and a team of Hunters rescue the trio and also Kelly. With their communications destroy, both parties team up to head to the old Ingen Laboratory to call for help. Unfortunately, things end up going bad for all of them, Stark got devoured by a horde of Compsognathus after accidentally wondering off during break, Sarah accidentally lead the Buck and Doe due to the camp due to blood on her coat. As Nick, Sarah, and Kelly fled with some of the Hunters, Carter got stepped on by the Doe who then eats Burke after cornering him, Nick, Sarah, and Kelly in a small cave behind a waterfall. Roland attempted to kill the Buck but Nick stole the bullets from his rifle and instead tranquilized it while it was eating Carter.
Ajay and the Hunters ran into the tall grass despite Ajay telling them not to because the Velociraptors lived in the grass. Each of the hunters were pick off one by one including Ajay. After Roland captured the Buck, the remaining Hunters met up with Ludlow and Roland as Ingen was getting ready to send the Buck to the mainland. Roland Tembo has declined an offer of a permanent job, leaves and called InGen a company of Death due to the fact it got several hunters getting killed especially Ajay. Ludlow had his workers bring the baby to mainland but while the SS Venture was bringing the Buck to San Diego, the Buck escape and ate the crew.
As Ludlow was making his presenting to the crowd, the SS Venture show up and crash into the docks and found the crew had been eaten. Then the Buck escape and wreck havoc across San Diego.
Jurassic Park 3[]
Ingen doesn't appear but is mention throughout the film when Alan pointed out the Dinosaurs that they created as theme park monsters. Eric also revealed that Ingen left some behind before a hurricane hit Site B. Later, Alan, Billy, Paul, Amanda, and Udesky arrived at an abandon Ingen Lab where they believed Eric could be in there. When inside, they find a room with dinosaur embryos and were attack by a Velociraptor but escape.
