Look, for some reason, you're only in here for a day. You can still change your ways. It's too late for me. If you continue down that road, these walls are gonna be it for you!
~ Rusty Jo attempting to convince MePhone4 to realize his errors.

Rusty Jo was voiced by Adam Dormi, and then Carol Fargo, while Hammer was voiced by Alex Hammer, and then AB Hammer.

Appearances[]

Rusty Jo is a dark grey mug with bruised spots and a chipped tooth, Hammer is a yellow-handled sledgehammer, Razor Blade is an armless, silver rectangular razor blade with a single hole in the middle, Dagger is a brown-handled dagger blade, Swiss Army Knife is a red circular device with several hidden blades and wrenches inside, and Poker Chip is a blue, armless, poker chip.

Biography[]

Sometime before the seventh episode, several of these characters would be found guilty of some crime and imprisoned inside the Inanimate Island Prison.

In “Everything’s A-OJ”, after MePhone4 is imprisoned for a day for trapping several of the eliminated contestants in OJ's hotel closet, he is imprisoned in a cell with the Inanimate Island Prisoners. Right off the bat, Swiss Army Knife intimidates MePhone4, before meeting the rest of the prisoners, where Rusty Jo greets him. MePhone4 then attempts to ignore him, before Rusty Jo introduces himself, and believes that MePhone4 should talk. After asking what MePhone4 is in for, he responds that he simply locked a few people in a room for several months, leaving Rusty Jo to call him out, which leaves MePhone4 to explain that it was for a game show. Rusty Jo points out that MePhone4 still imprisons real people regards if its a game show, before MePhone4 attempts to rebuttal in defense. Rusty Jo then attempts to talk down to MePhone4 about his ridiculously short sentencing, believing that he still can change his ways, as opposed to him and the others, and if he continue his path, then prison will be it for him. MePhone4 then attempts to ignore the prisoners once again, but somewhat takes in Rusty Jo's consideration.

In "Through No Choice of Your Own", it is revealed in a flashback that Rusty Jo, and presumably all the other criminals were a creation of MePhone4 as he drew a concept of them, before tossing it aside. Later, after everything and everyone MePhone4 generated are deleted, the criminals were likely affected by this and become nonexistent.

In the non-canon video, "Season 2 is Back!", Rusty Jo, Dagger, Hammer, and Razor Blade are seen preparing to gang up on Pencil, who is looking at her reflection through Chicago's Cloud Gate. As Frank appears and tells the criminals to calm down, they decide to have a truce with Pencil and beat up Frank, much to Fries amusement and MePhone4 and Puffball Speaker Box's horror.
