An incubus is a male demon that seduces and has intercourse with human-women. Their prime goal is get the woman pregnant, and to give birth to an incubus or succubus (its female counterpart) demon. It's also known that having intercourse with the incubus would impact deterioration of physical, mental health or even the victim might pass away. Much like the succubus are found in the myths, theology and folk-tales of many cultures around the world but are most strongly associated with medieval Europe, where they become envisioned as extreme dangers to the sanctity of the heavily fundamentalist Christian views of the era.
The origin of the incubus came from Mesopotamia. The first incubus is the "Lilu", who is the male counterpart of the infamous Lilith (theology), who is a female demon. Some would claim that Lilith and the incubus are the same demon, and that they shift their genders, and that the incubus are bisexual. When they are female, they supposedly take the male human's sperm, and shift into their incubus form, and use the male human's sperm to make demons.
Personality[]
Incubi tend to be more violent and dominant than their female counterpart. While Succubi often seek to seduce men into laying with them so as to mother demons or simply feed on that man's lust, Incubi are a far more brutal and cruel spirit who often enjoy beating and raping his female victims, while such interactions can spawn demonic offspring it just as often simply left his victims traumatized, while some incubus may appear as seductive as their female counterpart, this is rarer, and thus incubi are seen as a spirit that force themselves upon mortals rather than simply tempting them into such acts.

Trivia[]
- Like their female counterpart, incubus are likely the result of ancient people's experiences with sleep paralysis but due to the more violent nature of Incubi they are also very likely used to cover up rape and unwanted pregnancies.
