The Infernal Machine is a supporting antagonist and the first boss of Rayman: Hoodlums' Revenge.

It was a Hoodlum factory machine that was created by the Hoodlums to make enough plum juices for their plans to reincarnate Reflux. It has a defense strategy by shooting plums out of its faucet at Rayman to prevent him from destroying its factory units and shoots out plum juice barrels from its barrel gears.

Biography

The Infernal Machine was a factory that was created by the Hoodlums following André's return by possessing Globox and the restoration of the Hoodlums. From its creation, the Hoodlums have programmed the Infernal Machine as to produce a supply of plum juice in their effort to reincarnate Reflux using Globox as a cloned body. During the time of Rayman's new adventure, the Infernal Machine has manage to create many barrels of plum juice enough to help the Hoodlums in their plans to revive Reflux but Murphy sees the machine and realizes what the Hoodlums are using it for. Rayman arrives to the factory where Murphy explained the Hoodlum's plot and gives him directions on finding a way to destroy the Infernal Machine in order to try to prevent the Hoodlums from using enough plum juice to revive him.

Rayman enters the factory where the Infernal Machine detects Rayman's presence and begins using its faucet component to shoot out plums to keep him away from its other components and use the barrel gears to shoot out barrels at him. To destroy the components, Rayman comes to a button where it would summon a Heavy Metal FIst can that will allow him to be powered up to fight against both the components due to them being made out of metal. Once all the coponents are destroyed, the Infernal Guardian's faucet unit permanently shuts down as it failed to protect its other components, terminating the factory AI for good. Despite its termination, the Hoodlums have enough barrels to empower Reflux and thus André has able to gain full control of Globox's body and fully reincarnates Reflux to fight Rayman before getting defeated by the latter yet again.
