The Intergalactic Mafia is an intergalactic organization of loosely affiliated gangsters that often come into conflict with the Dekarangers and act as major antagonists in Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger.

Past[]
As with most organized crime groops, the Intergalactic Mafia's origins are unknown but at least three members become powerful Dons; Don Sanoa, Don Bianco and Don Blaco. Despite their name, the Intergalactic Empire seems to be based on Earth where they carry out many of their operations, mainly using the robots, armors, and soldiers to help them in their transactions. Due to their actions, they often came into conflict with the Special Police Dekaranger on a semi-regular basis. In spite of their power though, they did have at least one rival; the Vilono Family Crime Syndicate.
Dekaranger[]
The Intergalactic Mafia first come into conflict with the Dekarangers when Don Sanoa and his underling Zortac deal in the extremely destructive mineral Gyuutanium. Sanoa tries to escape in Heavy Industrial Machine Hunter Jet but is captured by the Dekarangers who imprison him instead of Deleting him since they need to locate the Gyuutanium. Instead though, Zortac (who had been sleeping when his Don was captured) gets Muscle Gear from Agent Abrella and easily infiltrates the DekaBase, defeats the Dekarangers and rescues Sanoa who also gains Muscle Gear. Whilst the Dekarangers learn how to use S.W.A.T Mode, they defeat and capture Doggy Kruger and Tetsu who they plan to kill with a bomb only to be defeated and Deleted by the Dekarangers' new S.W.A.T Mode.
Later, after the Deletion of Pyrian Kurachek, the feared assassin Jingi is hired by Don Blaco to kill his rival Don Bianco. Jingi confronts Don Bianco who explains to Jingi that he already heard about him and reveal that his henchmen are actually Batsuroids in disguise. Bianco starts taunting Jingi but, once he calls Jingi's technique pathetic, Jingi becomes extremely angry and kills Bianco. Alerted by a previous tip-off, Sen arrives and confronts Jingi but calls his technique pointless so he attacks DekaGreen. After a brief fight, Jingi defeats Sen and traps him in a room that is slowly shrinking, threatening to crush Sen. Later, Jingi returns to Don Blaco who congratulates him for his work and pays him his money. However, Jingi is unsatisfied of his reward, calling it far too small but Blaco refuses to give more; considering told Gingi that his reward was fair, because all he did this time was erase Bianco and he will receive payment for his services each time. Jingi tells Blaco not to compare him to the ordinary killers but Biaco calls Gingi an ordinary killer and hates him talking so Jingi grows angry and kills Bianco and some Batsuroids he summons despite Bianco offering the money although the assassin is Deleted soon after.
After the deaths of the Space Life Form Browgouls, Agent Abrella remembers the many failures of his clients including Sanoa and Zortac and decides to destroy the Special Police so Earth can be a world run by criminals like the Intergalactic Mafia. After his plan's failure and Abrella's Deletion though, the power of the Intergalactic Mafia is severely reduced and they resort to less overt and more sneaky plans to achieve their goals.
Dekaranger; 10 Years After[]
10 years after the death of Agent Abrella, the Qurlian branch of the Intergalactic Mafia have been buying the Special Police Dekarangers' secrets from the corrupt Earth Branch's chief Kight Reidlich. Using this money, he builds a large lab and builds both his own version of the Hyper Muscle Gear and a gigantic clone of Agent Abrella named Clone Abrella. During one deal though, Doggy Kruger follows Kight Reidlich and tries to arrest him only for the corrupt police chief to kill the Mafia members and their hostage Amata. Afterwards, he puts Doggy in a coma and using a Mirage Dimension to frame the former Dekaranger boss as an Alienizer.

- Although all of its members besides Kight Redlich and Don Blaco were adapted into Power Rangers SPD, the Intergalactic Mafia was not as each of the members were either standalone antagonists or members of the Troobian Empire.
