She is the mother of Tricia Takanawa, and first appeared in the episode 12 and a half angry men, then later appeared in Carter and Tricia. She is voiced by Alex Borestin, who also voices her daughter, Tricia Takanawa and voices [[Lois Griffin]].

She yells at Tricia and starts talking about stuff that is unrelated to what she's yelling at her for. It's revelead that she also slaps her daughter in the face in public in "Carter and Tricia", as she yells at Tricia and starts slapping her in the face.
