Biography[]
Anti-Poof[]
Foop made his debut in "Anti-Poof", being born by Anti-Wanda. He wants to destroy Poof because Foop doesn't want to "share the spotlight" with him (he wants to be the only baby born in thousand of years, not the 2nd). His name is "Poof" spelled backwards which is because they are total opposites. He thinks Poof's name is more masculine than his own.
Timmy then figured out, that since Foop was the opposite of Poof, and bad things happen when Poof cries, that good things happen when Foop cries, Poof proceeded to swipe Foop's bottle, causing him to cry, which reversed all the damage he had done and reverted everyone back to normal.
Timmy's Secret Wish[]
In "Timmy's Secret Wish", it is revealed that Foop learned a law degree while imprisoned. When Timmy achieves 1000000 wishes, a feat no Godchild has ever accomplished, he is given a parade in his honor, but i quickly arrested when the Fairy Council finds his history of destructive wishes and declares him "the worst Godchild ever."
In order to prove he wasn't, Timmy is given a trial and if he loses, all his wishes would be undone, including Poof. Foop then becomes the court's prosecutor to try to make Timmy lose. His job is made much easier when Cosmo is appointed to be Timmy's lawyer and brings tons of evidence against Timmy due to thinking he was suppose to prove Timmy was guilty, and Wanda's witnesses end up causing more trouble for Timmy. Luckily, Poof manages to prove Timmy had also granted good wishes such as himself and nearly wins for Timmy.
However, Poof discovered Timmy made a secret wish, the ultimate violation of Fairy Law, and wished everyone on Earth would stop aging so he would stay 10 forever, and he made this wish 50 years ago. The Fairy Council declares Timmy guilty and Foop begins to celebrate. However, his victory is cut short when Jorgen points out he is Poof's Anti-Fairy counterpart, which means he will be erased as well, much to his horror. He then tries to bribe the Fairy Council into sparring him, but they ignore him and erase all of Timmy's wishes, along with Poof, which erases Foop as well.
Foop was later sent to the Hocus Poconos, a limbo dimension filled with erased wishes where magic doesn't work, along with Poof, Dark Laser, the Crimson Chin, and the rest of Timmy's wishes, while Cosmo and Wanda have their memories of Poof erased and sent back to Fairy World while Timmy and the rest of humanity are aged 50 years by Father Time. With the help of Mr. Crocker, the only one virtually unaffected by Father Time, Timmy is able to locate Cosmo and Wanda, restore his youth, and rescue Poof, Foop, and the others from the Hocus Poconos, but is left behind and trapped. Luckily, Poof convinces the Fairy Council to give Timmy a retrial and wins, restoring everyone on Earth to their original ages.
When L.O.S.E.R.S. Attack[]
Foop later appeared in "When L.O.S.E.R.S. Attack". When Timmy and his fairies arrive in Fairy World, Foop is revealed to have spent the last six month hiding in a bush and follows them, but is attacked by fire ants. He then catches up to them in the museum and attempts to crush Timmy with a model sun from a display, but Timmy wishes for the sun to be replaced with a bear, which attack Foop and slices off his lower half, which didn't hurt due to the fire ants numbing his legs with their venom.
He later goes to the Cake 'N' Bacon diner in Dimmsdale and meets Dark Laser and Mr. Crocker, who also attacked Timmy and were beaten up by the same bear earlier. Realizing they had a mutual hatred for Timmy, the trio team up to destroy him. After naming their group the "League of Super Evil Revenge Seekers", also known as "L.O.S.E.R.S.", the trio lure him into a car crusher by having Crocker pose as Trixie Tang and luring Timmy there. When they turn on the crusher, a event known as the "Fairy-clipse" begins and stripes both Timmy's fairies and Foop of their magic. Fortunately, Cosmo manages to save them by jamming his titanium thermos into the crusher. When the villains chase after Timmy in Crocker's van, they are stopped when Timmy's father lands on the windshield due to recently joining a skydiving club, causing Crocker to drive the van into another crusher.
The trio later abduct Timmy using Dark Laser's ship and attempt to throw him to a black hole, but Timmy manages to trick Dark Laser into throwing himself and the others into the Black Hole by throwing Flipsie into it. After the black hole dumps them in Bakersfield, the villains take the bus back to Dimmsdale, but the driver turns out to be the same bear Timmy had attack them earlier, resulting in the trio being attacked again. Back at the Cake 'N' Bacon, Crocker decides to recruit Vicky to help them. After she trains them on her obstacle course, the group invades Timmy's home and try to kill him.
Luckily, Cosmo, Wanda and Poof get their magic back in time. Timmy then wishes for the villains to turn into lookalikes of him, tricking them into vaporizing each other. Later, the group fires Vicky since they failed again, although she threatens to bring the bear with her next time they meet. Foop then recruits Timmy father into the group so they can get his keys as a way to get into his house.
A New Wish[]
After Dev gets into an argument with Peri regarding his behavior, Peri leaves him alone. Irep then arrives and presents himself as Dev's new Anti-Fairy godparent. He then encourages Dev to seek revenge on Hazel for having a better life than him, causing Dev to wish that she only had bad luck.
This leads to her losing the Rock Paper Scissors competition that she had been. Dev and Irep expect this to destroy her emotionally, but she reveals that she was happy to play and doesn’t care that she lost. This causes Dev to accidentally reveal that he has Irep while ranting and Irep begins battling Cosmo before Jorgen banishes him away in front of Peri and Dev swears revenge on Hazel.
Appearance[]
Like all Anti-Fairies, Foop is all in blue and black colors and has the same common features as other Anti-Fairies, such as the fangs, bat's wings and black crown. Foop resembles Poof, but he is shaped like a cube rather than a ball. He also was born with a black mustache and goatee on his face, the kind typically seen on stereotypical villains or drawn on pictures as vandalism - he also has purple eyes and eyelashes.
His pajamas are slightly darker blue than his skin, and they have a skull symbol on them. His wand is a baby bottle with bat wings on the side, as opposed to Poof's rattle. He also speaks with a stereotypical British gentleman accent like his father.
As an adult, Irep now has an actual body, though his head remains shaped like a cube. His hair is dark blue with some purple highlights and is styled in a pompadour. His outfit somewhat resembles his childhood attire, including a blue shirt with a skull symbol and a dark blue jacket. He wears black jeans and black boots. His wand now resembles a mace.
Personality[]
Being the opposite of Poof, Foop is much more cruel, malicious, diabolical, manipulative and most of all evil. He despises the fact he's the second fairy baby in existence and tried all he could to destroy Poof. After he was born managed to destroy three worlds - Anti-Fairy World, Fairy World and Burger World, which shows that he doesn't care about others even his other fellow Anti-Fairies. He doesn't even care about his parents as he openly insults them both and says he prefers being alone. But he does love his mother, Anti-Wanda as he appreciated for pointing out the Big Anti-Fairy Wand and giving him anti-venom potion to his favorite chicken nuggets for lunch.
The more series went on, the more silly he became. When he learned that Poof was about to disappear due to Timmy's wishes were about to be erased he was thrilled but didn't realize that since he's Poof counterpart and if Poof disappears he will disappear as well. In the end he even befriended Poof - but he still desired to destroy him.
When he first met with Chloe he despised her for her kind heart and tried all his best to turn her into an evil person. But when she hugged him for the first time he had a change of heart and even stood up to Vicky when she threatened to kill Chloe.

- While Poof uses a rattle to focus his magic, Foop uses a baby bottle with blue bat wings on the sides.
