Irian of the Queen Bee is a wasp-themed alien working for the Universal Annihilation Army Warstar. Also she is the main antagonist in episode 9 of the 2010 TV series Tensou Sentai Goseiger.
She was voiced by Yukana who later portrayed as Mezool from Kamen Rider OOO.
History[]
After annoying the Warstar generals for her late arrival due to her nature, she decides to go down to Earth to make all the men of the planet her own, using her venom to paralyze them and to ultimately make her furniture for living with. When the Goseiger try to fight her initially, she paralyzes Agri and Hyde easily, then Alata after he reveals himself as male even after she claims he is a girl as well at first. When Eri and Moune try to fight her, she defeats them but wants nothing to do with them due to her hatred of females as she goes off with her new male pieces.
Using the pain of "male trees" to search, Moune leads Eri to the caves where Irian is living with her new furniture made of male bodies, including the three Gosei Angel males. When initially facing her, Gosei Yellow uses her Roplant card to tie up Gosei Pink so she can face Irian alone, doing so only because she didn't want her partner to get hurt. While laying on a barrage of Landick Brothers attacks, Eri's desire to help Moune leads to her awakening the Skyick Brothers, which she uses to free herself from Gosei Yellow's invocation and fight Irian as a partner. The duo ultimately destroy Irian with the Gosei Dinosaur Trick with the Tyranno and Ptera Headders.
After Buredoran decides to grow her, the Goseiger initially try to use Gosei Great but have a hard time until Alata summons the Skyick Brothers to release Skyick Gosei Great against her; however Eri and Moune's fury leads to them making the final Skyick Shot blow that kills the Warstar Insect.
Irian was revived as a phantom along with the other Warstar Aliens the Goseiger had already beaten, she and the other revived Aliens subject the Goseiger through a series of illusions, after splitting them up She posed as a waitress at a cafe and she and the other revived Aliens attack Agri and Eri, she then chases Alata and Rasil with the other revived Aliens through a city while riding a bicycle but was knocked off her bike when alata used his Twistornado Card but got back up and continued to chase the 2, she and the other revived aliens then lead Alata and Rasil to Mizogu Mazuarta Abauta Fandaho and Kurasuniigo who were posing as policemen and began to shoot at the two, but Alata and Rasil were able to jump over them but landed in water, after they brought the Goseiger and Rasil out of the illusion to finish them off Gosei Knight arrives to rescue the Goseiger and beaten all the revived Aliens Irian included.
Personality[]
Irian is a Warstar Alien who is merciless in targeting men whom she finds inferior to her. Only her leader Mons Drake is an exception (she sees Dereputa as too aggressive and Buredoran as too much a loner). She only prefers men, and has a hatred of women and typically wishes to see them destroyed in particular.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Superhuman Strength: She is superhumanly strong, being able to fight and initially outmatch all of the Goseigers.
- Combat Mastery: She is also a highly skilled and masterful fighter and was able to use cheating and her physical strength to gain the upper hand over the Rangers.
- High Intelligence: Irian was also a highly capable and professional strategist, being able to outsmart most of the Rangers and it took of them to think smartly and clever in order to outsmart her.
Arsenal[]
- Whips: Irian is equipped with two whips on her arms, the one on her right arm can be used like a fencing sword, the one on her left arm resembles a cat o'nine tails.
- Poison Secretion: Irian can shoot out a venomous poison from the whip on her right arm that stuns those struck by it, allowing her to take their bodies and use them however she deems so.
- Energy Whip: The whip on her left arm can stretch into a blue energy whip to hit opponents from a distance or wrap around her opponent to trap them.

- Irian's behavior and action similar to the aggressive female Xenomorph alien.
- She's the only female member of Warstar.
- Her home planet "Bswa" (ブスワ) is "wasp" (ワスプ) backwards, with the last kana getting an changed accent.
