The Iron Lizard Prison Warden is the main antagonist of the Red Jacket Lupin III episode Coming of the Killer Iron Lizards.
Sometime before the story, he was once an honest toy maker before he turned to making weapons of death. His prison is only populated by a number of inmates, very few guards and armed with iron lizards to keep the prisoners in line, or he would track the prisoners down and kill them via their dna samples. He had Fujiko arrested and taken to his prison by unknown means.
At the beginning of the episode, the warden tries to make advances on Fujiko, when Inmate 1980 who is set for the electric chair escapes. The wicked warden deploys the iron lizard and kills him to prove a point on how prisoners will fail to escape his prison successfully.
To break into the prison, Lupin and company enter a bank and activate its alarms sending them to the warden's prison. The Warden has his guards get DNA samples from Lupin, Jigen and Goemon for iron lizard drones 3333, 3334 and 3335. After that, the warden toys with Lupin and his friends even though he hasn't armed the drones yet. He then puts the Lupin gang on death row.
When Zenigata arrives to get extradition for Lupin's gang, the gang escapes. The Warden then offers Zenigata to do the honors of deploying the iron lizards against Lupin and company if he wished to end their feud; Zenigata complies with horror.
A while later, Zenigata feels comfort that the iron lizards haven't detonated yet, but the warden continues his advances on Fujiko. Even so, the Warden points out if one can get the iron lizards to crash into each other, they can be defeated. Just then, a supposed guard shows up hearing the iron lizard weakness is out.
The "guard" sets up a basket and some rubber bands and the Warden suspects he is insane, when Lupin reveals himself. Lupin, Goemon, Jigen and Fujiko use the basket to eject themselves from the prison, while the iron lizards crash into the each other and destroy the prison along with the warden's sadistic inventions. The warden is last seen being chased by his own last remaining iron lizard and it is likely he does not survive.
