It's useless to resist. Your antique MK 2 armor against my hyperpulse MK 9 armor is like a calculator competing against a super computer.

~ Andros to Iron Man about the superiority of his own armor.
Andros Stark, also known as Iron Man 2099, is the main antagonist of the Iron Man: Armored Adventures episode of the same name. He is Tony Stark's grandson from the year 2099. He travels back in time to kill Tony to prevent the creation of an Artificial Intelligence called Vortex and save his time period.
Andros Stark ails from a future where a computer virus known as Vortex became gained sentience after fusing with S.H.I.E.L.D. computers. The virus tried to destroy the human race, starting a war that killed millions. To prevent any of this from occurring Andros went back in time to kill his own grandfather, Tony Stark, before he could even create Vortex.
Upon arriving in present-day New York, Andros made his presence known to Tony and his presumed grandmother, Pepper Potts. Andros teleported them to the top of a building and explained his backstory. He then attempted to kill Tony, though the hero was able to acquire his armor before Andros could take the shot. The two battled on the ground, where Andros was intercepted by some police officers. He knocked them unconscious and resumed his attempt on Tony's life, though Tony managed to retreat to his armory.
Running low on options, Andros went to see Justin Hammer, informing the businessesman hat he would become president in the future. However, realizing that he only became president following Vortex's rise to power, Hammer attempted to send Andros on a suicide mission by telling him to go after S.H.I.E.L.D. instead of Tony. Andros complied, though he proved to powerful for even S.H.I.E.L.D to subdue.
Now armed with a computer virus designed to incapacitate Andros's armor, Tony Stark teamed up with Hawkeye and went to defend the Hellicarrier. It is here where Andros revealed that he attacked S.H.I.E.L.D. to purposely drive the hero out and kill an kill both his enemies at once. Andros nearly succeeded, but Hawkeye managed to shoot his elbow with an arrow containing the virus. Realizing that this was the prototype to Vortex, Andros traveled back in time and destroyed the arrow, saving his world but erasing himself from existence.
Appearance[]
Andros Stark looks similar to how his grandfather looks in the present day. He is a white male with a thin face, messy hair, and prominent eyebrows. Unlike Tony, he has brown hair and a thin beard, which bears a resemblance to Tony's comic counterpart. He also has green eyes, rather than Tony's blue.
His armor is an orangish-red color, and it's coated with yellow lines of pulsating energy. The lines connect into a ring on the torso, presumably the arc reactor. The overall shape of the armor is identical to Tony's modern-day suits, save for the chest, which is much bulkier on Andros' suit.
Trivia[]
Since Andros appears to no longer exist after Vortex was erased from the timeline, it's possible that the events surrounding his birth heavily involved Vortex in some way.
