Sir Isaac Ray Peram Westcott (アイザック・レイ・ペラム・ウェストコット, Aizakku Rei Peramu Uesutokotto) or simply known as Isaac Ray Peram Westcott or Isaac Westcott, is one of the main antagonists of the Date A Live franchise (along with Phantom, Kurumi Tokisaki, Ellen Mira Mathers and the First Spirit) which was introduced as the main antagonist in Date A Live II, the main antagonist in the Light Novels Volume 5-6-7-8, one of the main antagonists in Date A Strike and the hidden main antagonist on Game Ars Install. He is a diabolical British that is the Managing Director of Deus.Ex.Machina Industries, but is an arrogant, selfish, and childish person who has a supernatural mind or, in other words, a "cruel" businessman with a diabolical ambition.
He is one of the main villains of the entire franchise and is one of the candidates to be the "Final-Boss" in Date A Live. Due to his role in the 2nd season as well on the Game universe and in Manga series, he is considered the most vile and vicious villain of Date A Live. While most other human villains that qualify as delusionals by whether they think they're doing bad things to save mankind from the Spirits; Isaac Westcott is a human who has the full reasoning of what he does, and makes all his atrocities explicitly of his own will and for "fun", "pleasure", "Self-Satisfaction" often also by "evil". He is one of the few antagonists who declares openly that his actions are evil, including himself. He is also known as the "Protector of Mankind"; however, he surely is the true enemy of the humanity and also the most dangerous human in the planet, if not the entire universe.
He is voiced by Okiayu Ryotaro in Japanese version and Michael Donovan in English version.

Isaac Westcott shows signs of madness, perversity and sadism that define himself as the evil in person, or simply have the pleasure of doing bad things with a "smile". He is the most feared antagonist in the entire franchise, due to physical violence and intimidation of the only emanating from him for unification using fear to be by conducting media, no longer seems perverse, but willingly to those who rebelled against his will, as Edgar F.Caroll and Roger Murdoch.
He wants to reverse the Sephira Crystals that have the power to overthrow the physical world and the creations of God. Isaac Westcott is the Managing Director of D.E.M Industries and the coordinator of D.E.M Industries Building No.1 of Japan Branch (temporarily). In an attempt to eradicate post-industrial waste, he transformed the D.E.M company from a giant - to devastate the ecology to the main company of "regeneration" of the world. But although it is presented as a humanitarian and opponent of nuclear weapons, Isaac Westcott secretly hordes supposedly decommissioned nuclear weapons for his own future use.
Westcott used the organization to procure secret nuclear information, astronautic technologies, and military-grade weaponry, while under the guise of being an environmentalist agency supposedly dedicated to decommissioning and disassembling nuclear reactors and arsenals. Isaac Westcott is the only person in the world who knows how to build Realizers to fight against the Spirits, becoming one of the most important people in the world. He is also a very important person for all military forces in the world as the higher of providing Military Weapons around the globe.
He loves destruction and chaos, Isaac Westcott has a duty to protect mankind from the Spirits creating weapons and selling to the Special Military Forcers, but he does not seem care about anything besides the his own plans. He sells weapons and Realizers for other countries to defend themselves against the Spirits that often appears on planet Earth. He also controls all the financial systems of the planet, most of them are military economic financial system.
Westcott met Origami
Isaac Westcott was solely responsible for minimizing the punishment for Origami Tobiichi, he seemed interested in Origami and her ability to use the White Licorice. He is obsessed about harnessing the powers of the Spirits in their normal form, the reason he wants the Inverse powers of Spirits is unknown and due to this he is the main responsible for the transformation of Dark Tohka. The name "Sir Isaac Ray Peram Westcott" is a terror to the terrorists and a true Arch-enemy from the Ratatoskr, the only ones charged with the occupation of the D.E.M Industries was government and perhaps even corrupt. He is also obsessed about harnessing the powers of the Spirits in their "natural form", making him responsible for Tohka’s transformation into Dark Tohka.
He also saw a god who raised the technological power of the entire planet, it would not be hard to figure out why people always try to him. Because of his lack of care for his organization, Westcott is very unpopular and hated among the members of DEM Board of Members. Most of them want to remove him as a director and some are even to kill him to do it, as Roger Murdoch used the satellite Humpty Dumpty who belonged to the D.E.M Industries and was equipped with filmmakers that have stored a large number of Bandersnatchs Drones to security.
The original purpose of this satellite were unknown, but the disabled satellite was used as a weapon during an orbital D.E.M conspiracy, sending itself through the earth's atmosphere as a meteorite in an attempt to kill Mr. Westcott. However the attempted murder has failed, when he and other members of D.E.M Board of Members try to vote him out of his position because of D.E.M Industries that legitimate reasons, they had their arms cut off by Ellen. Westcott is fully aware of this, however, he doesn't care about it because he knows that they can't do much about him without getting through Ellen or the immune influential gigantic power that he holds.
All officials and wizards from D.E.M, including all the people of the world refer to him with -sama or Mister-, also as Mister-, fanatically loyal, and willing to do terrible things just because he said it would be for the good of humanity. He is also responsible for making Mana loses her memories, he brainwashed her faith shortly before she enters the D.E.M Industries, whenever she tried to remember the past, and respect and loyalty for Westcott, even after discovering what was done with it there is a possibility that the brainwashing, conditioning and Realizer used to make the Wizards loyal only to him, there seems possibilits other Wizads brainwashed too, they also served not only to be loyal to Westcott but to see him as a "god" or a "master" whichwould give their lives to protect him.
He controls a large part of the bad things that happen in the world of the anime, he seemed to be familiar with almost everything that is happening around in his company, AST, Japan Ground Self Defense and in the world, including the protagonist's life, he also is aware of all its inhumanity and he seems to love the pain, suffering and fear of the people.

The managing director of D.E.M Industries, Sir Isaac Ray Peram Westcott. He is around 30 years old and a tall man with dark ash blond hair and sharp eyes. He seems to know more than he lets on, such as the knowledge of Tohka's transformed state, as well as Shido's past. All of DEM's elite Wizards refer to him with -sama, fanatically loyal, and willing to do terrible acts just because he said so. Considering Mana's amnesia before she joined D.E.M, headaches whenever she tries to remember the past, and respect for Westcott even after finding out what was done to her there is a possibility that brainwashing, conditioning, and/or a Realizer used to make them so loyal to him alone. Such as when Adeptus 3 was hesitant about a mission to capture Tohka that would expose their equipment to the public and create numerous civilian casualties just to slap Ratatoskr's face rather than use a plan to minimize both, such as the original plan on the island where the Yamai twins appeared. Yet she and the others were going ahead with it without reservation simply because Westcott said it would be for "humanities' greater good." Issac himself has shown little care, much less humanity, in his thinking as long as his goals are realized. Whether its discussing ways to break Tohka's spirit through torture with the same manner and care one would discuss the weather, or the loss of life and D.E.M property when Tohka snapped, he never showed any sign or thought of guilt, despair, sorrow, or grief, but was happy that she inverted as if nothing else mattered.

No one knows almost nothing about his past, because of his few appearances in the anime and the light novel, also do not know how he arrived as director of D.E.M Industries, is unknown if Westcott is the person who actually created the D.E.M Industries. Many people of D.E.M Industries say he is too young to create and manage the largest global corporation. In another case Westcott possibly usurped the place as director of D.E.M Industries or maybe he was simply chosen as director of D.E.M Industries, however, Ellen Mira Mathers told to the Board of Members of D.E.M Industries that was Westcott who founded the D.E.M Industries, however not known whether these words are true.
30 years ago, Isaac Westcott was a friend of Elliot Woodman and both worked together a long time ago. However, during The First Spacequake that occurred on 30 ago because of the First Spirit, Elliot left Isaac Westcott's side and formed to Ratatoskr prevent his "dear goal". Isaac possibly is related to the First Spirit and the death of more than 150 million but the details are still there in the shadows.
Westcott is somehow connected to past Shidou, the first time he saw Shidou he called him as "Takamiya", which proves that Westcott seems to know the parents of Shidou who have abondoned him or maybe because their appearance is the same as Mana Takamiya. So far Westcott had not yet confirmed his death and neither of his main goals, but something is related to the Inverse Form of the Spirits and the power of Shidou of suppressing powers of Spirits, but it seems that his goal also is involved chaos in the world; a goal that could threaten humanity.
Season 1
Westcott on the teaser of Date A Live Season 2
Westcott was not mentioned or shown in the first season. He existence was not even shown, but nevertheless could still perceive the manipulation of Westcott in the first season, when he sent the White Licorice on Japan Ground Self-Defense Headquarters in Tengu.
Season 2
Isaac Westcott and Ellen Mathers's first appearance on anime
That was the season that Westcott first appeared as early as the beginning of episode 1, when origami was being judged for her crime to use the White Licorice without the permission of the superiors from JGSDF or from AST superiors, it was planned for Westcott, the motive still not known, until now he appeared in only one episode, but his manipulations around the anime universe can be seen. He ordered that Ellen would capture Tohka Yatogami, he seems already know about the Demon Kings, he probably should have already known this through their experiences made the Second Spirit that is now imprisioned somewhere in the world by D.E.M Industries.

After Ellen told to Westcott in about a human that could control the Spirits powers, Westcott took a immediate interest in Shido. Somedays later, Tohka was kiddnaped by Ellen and Shidou went after her to save her from the D.E.M Industries with the help of Kurumi Tokisaki. After Shido had fallen into the trap of Westcott, he ordered Ellen to kill Shido in front of Tohka to make her goes in despair horizon and and enters in her "true form", with a "BIG" smile in his face while he laughed insanely.

He succeeded, Shido was nearly killed by Ellen and Tohka went in Inverse, Tohka destroys the DEM Industries Building No.1 on the process in her battle against Ellen. Westcott named her transformation the "Demon King", adding that this state was the actual form in which Spirits in the bordering dimension had come from before manifesting in the real world.
Episode 1 - Daily Life

as lawyers on the trial of Origami for her crimes against military laws in JGSDF; she stole a White Licorice from one of the deposits from JGSDF. Westcott was the only person who was in defense of Origami, he became interested in Origami when he discovered that there was a Wizard with power enough to control the White Licorice, he wanted to her to enter as Wizards in D.E.M Industries, he was interested in the most powerful Wizards in the world for him to accomplish his goal, after he being successful in defending Origami, he was looking for more information about her.
Ellen gave him the location information of Tohka, after he finds the location of Spirit Princess who had disappeared in the city of Tengu 3 months ago, he Ellen ordered to capture Tohka and also sent to arbatel to capture Tohka in her school trip.
Episode 2 - The Children of Typhoon
Isaac tries to call Origami to his side
Westcott and Ellen made a brief appearance early in the episode in one of the deleted scene that can only be found in Blu-Ray version of the volume 1. In an attempt to persuade Origami after he heard her case with White Licorice, he said to Origami if she wants something she can contact him. Ryouko Kusakabe also wondered why a world famous person would travel from Europe to Japan just to solve such a case. After he given his personal telephone number to Origami, he withdrew from the place trying to conceal a diabolical smile.
Episode 4 - Manifestation
After the Arbatel be destroyed by Yamai Sisters in Irubi Island, Ellen confirmed that the Spirit; Princess was Tohka that had disappeared on Tengu City 3 months ago. She announced to Westcott by radio, after she confirmed the location of Tohka, she asked to Westcott if existed one human capable to possess powers of the Spirits, after she said Westcott became interested in this Shido and requested more information of what happened on the Irubi Island, as well as also the report of Yamai Spirit. Although Westcott have one of his spacecraft destroyed by Ratatoskr, he completely ignored what happened to his soldiers; the Arbatel Pilots, and he did not even requested a ransom to his soldiers who died in the crash of Arbatel, however, it was all part of the Westcott plan for the future, with the purpose of leaving some of the survivors were captured by Ratatoskr.

Episode 5 - Diva
Westcott reading Ellen's report
Westcott made only a brief appearance in the episode, he appeared on the top floor of one of the most luxurious hotels of Tengu, where he was reading documents created by Ellen, that talked about everything that was known about the Shido Itsuka and the sealed Spirits. In the episode, he also ordered that the Adeptus 3 and small squadron of Wizard consisting of 10 soldiers of D.E.M Corporation were sent to the AST base in Tengu, where they would reinforce to the organization to kill a Spirit due to continuous failures of AST in capturing or defeat a Spirit.
Episode 8 - I Promise You Must Fulfill
Westcott finally captures Princess
During the event the song contest in the arch of Miku, Ellen Tohka captures and takes her to the building of the D.E.M Corporation. After she was imprisioned in a salon, Westcott entered the room while Ellen asked some questions to Tohka, Tohka felt a feeling discomfort, as if the temperature had dropped several degrees after she saw him. He performed for Tohka a formal way, but still he could not hide his sadistic personality. He tried to think of how to torture her mentally, physically and sexual in order to her go in her "original form". Ellen said that Tohka reacted when she said the name Shido, after Westcott hear that he realized that this was the the best mode for physically torture to Tohka and make her go in Inverse, he said to wait Shido comes rescue Tohka to kill him in front of her, doing tohka faint after getting desperate and mentally stable.
Episode 9 - Miku's Truth

After Shido enters the building from the D.E.M Industries from Japan Branch, he ambushed Shido in salons where Tohka was being arrested, he separated Shido and Tohka by a glass wall looking Tohka suffering mentally as Shido was about to be killed by Ellen, he succeeded in making Tohka went inverse mode after being mentally stable, he was laughing as if he had won after Tohka see turning into Dark Tohka.
Episode 10 - Inverse Form

Isaac Westcott was proud to see Tohka in her Inverse Form and compliment her appearance and power of the Demon King, however, he was not interessed in her appearance or power and ordered Ellen snatch the head of Dark Tohka to take her Inverted Sephirah Crystal.
Ellen went into combat with Dark Tohka during the fight Ellen completely destroyed the roof of the building, during the fight Dark Tohka try to attack Isaac Westcott, forcing Ellen to protect him, after Ellen say to Isaac Westcott that she was in disadvantage because of the injury done by Origami Isaac Westcott ordered to retreat with a teleportation as he said goodbye to Shido and left evidence that he has some relationship to Shido's past, running from the crime scene and the war that he created without a trace. He leaves the rest of the world die including his soldiers were left behind. After that Isaac Westcott and Ellen were no longer seen in the anime (season 2).
Physical Description
He is around 30 years old and a tall man with smooth and long dark ash blond hair and sharp dark-blue eyes as if a scythe that was ready to cut the face of the person, he is always wearing a black suit, with black social shoes, black social pants and a white tie, he appears to be of foreign from Europe but he speaks fluent Japanese. He is described as a very scary man by Origami. He is always described as a scary, cruel and as a heartless monster by several characters on the anime.
- He's described as being around 30 years old, but Origami notes that he gives off the impression of an experienced veteran. Mr. Woodman also states that he left the DEM 30 years ago due to a fallout with Westcott.
- Can't not rule out the possibility that Westcott is using magic to keep the youthful appearance, after all was said Elliot left the DEM Industries 30 years ago, and many of the characters in the series refer to him as a person 30 years of age, may there is a possibility that Westcott use technological magic (Realizer) in himself not to grow old.

Westcott is an intellectual cruel and unloving, he often subordinates by their surnames, he is a man that does not talk so much. He rarely shows any sign of alarm, surprise or anguish. In normal situations Westcott is casual and uncaring, attempting to draw a conversation and make small talk, which often infuriates those he is talking primarily among the directors of the D.E.M that are part of the board of D.E.M with the exception of Ellen. However, he still a very cruel man with his subordinates, he is not honest with other people. Due to his power that he has over his members and the D.E.M Industries he is very selfish and does not care about anyone's life and even his own life.
Westcott shows no sympathy for their subordinates when they question him, he is a kind of person who does not like to repeat the same thing twice. Isaac Westcott brutally tortured the members of D.E.M Board of Directors after question his orders and tried to remove him from the post of Managing Director of Deus.Ex.Machina Industries. Under normal circumstances, he acts honestly and respect their subordinates, even if that opinion is being arrogant with them due to his manner of speaking and his cocky smile, as if he was being arrogant, but the conditions in which he finds something interesting that draws attention to him he becomes an arrogant, selfish, and a person who have a supernatural mind, the person he becomes a business man with extremely cruel ambition. He will not care too much about the little things like his company or people's lives, as he achieves his goal, or rather, he does not care about any of these things. Westcott is able to do anything to achieve him goals, he will destroy the whole life of the planet only to achieving his goals or kil any person if necessary (in fact this could be his goal). He is obsessed with making the world die current and rule the future world according to his image, and will stop at nothing to achieve his goal.

He has a very sadistic personality, he seems to take pleasure in the worst possible torture, as said by him in episode 8 of season as he spoke modes of physical and psychological torture that should be to torture Tohka to make her into inverse form.
Definition of Westcott in the series is a complete and utter obsession with war and destruction and obsession with the powers of the inverse form of the Spirits, by his own admission, he loves all kinds of evil that man can create and clearly shows that he hate any form of pacifism. His insane devotion to war and destruction is evident in the great affection with which he refers to the destruction of D.E.M Industries and another governments causes over the world just for him, destroying the planet slowly with wars, deforestation, death and any other public chaos.
Westcott initially appeared to be a very kind, very respected director and was revered by many at the beginning of your entry as director of D.E.M Industries, especially his secretary, Ellen Mira Mathers obey that he loyally without questioning him, without care of how his orders are cruel. However, this was only a mask to disguise his manipulative and very dangerous nature. In fact, he cares very little for his subordinates, and is willing to use almost everyone around him as pawns to achieve his goals or he symply considers his soldiers and officers as humans that which their lives are simply expendable.
In his own words, Westcott claims to be affected by any kind of moral or ethical, as he sees them as mere restrictions on his potential. He is, therefore, willing to do anything to promote their selfish ambitions, including manipulating or killing anyone near him, if he considers that this is necessary.
He frequently appears to play with his underlings for amusement, he does so by putting fear in some members and soldiers of the D.E.M for their failures. As director of the army of the D.E.M Industres, Westcott controls his minions through acquired respect on the fear. Westcott holds the most turbulent individuals like Roger Murdoch in line through intimidation and mind games.
Westcott is finally serious
Some officers says that follow him because he had a superiority complex that showed how much he was safe at his job and that they believe in his intellect that he could save humanity from the Spirits, something that beings born from fear and despair find inspiring. Other wizards occasionally follow he for reasons unique to themselves, as Jessica Bailey, who follows him, because he expects Westcott will eradicate the world of all weak and pacifists. Isaac Westcott think beings useless for him must be killed and eradicated, but for that he needs the power of Spirits, not known if this is really the goal of Isaac Westcott.
So far, Ellen also manipulative is the only person who seems to be able to see through the manipulation of Westcott. Ellen has some sense of emotions and feelings Westcott, pointing correctly Isaac was enjoying the transformation of Dark Tohka and their successes within the D.E.M as a director and watching Westcott was surprised to discover that Tobiichi Origami could control the White Licorice during her battle against Kotori Itsuka and against Jessica Bailey. In contrast, Edgar F. Caroll showed no such understanding, and was the victim of one of the smaller Westcott mind games.
As a director he is less cautious in his footsteps, so he had a lot of bad fame in D.E.M Board Members for not getting properly admnister the global company, yet Westcott not think that their calls him, Roger Murdoch and the rest of DEM Board of Members had their arms torn off by Ellen in volume 8 for trying to dismiss Westcott from the post of Managing Director of D.E.M Corporation.
Westcott's personality is extremely psychotic and it's hardly to describe to what is possible to describe what really goes on in his head. He is extremely nihilist and does not show give value to life, this is shown when the Members of the D.E.M Board try to launch the D.E.M satellite in Tengu, although the city was plunged in chaos Westcott was calm as a stone and seemed to care little for the situation, he was on of the most Top hotel room in the city when the event occurred, while Westcott was in the room, one indicator of D.E.M indicated that Westcott was still in the room while the city was in chaos, it made Roger very angry, Roger think that this time Westcott was laughing at Murdoch and the plan that he had worked so hard to make. Nevertheless Westcott was not really laughing at Roger, but praising him, Westcott is a person with a tremendous nihilistic personality and dont have a little importance to people's lives, it's not worth even life himself, but he value to his goal. It is completely unknown what Westcott thinks of himself.
Due to the new power of the D.E.M Industries and military power he holds in his hands Westcott has developed an arrogant and overconfident attitude, although he was the director of D.E.M Industries, he often not even think about the consequences of his actions. In his latest military site, he developed a severe superiority complex, believing that he is now beyond any human being or Spirits, in other words he considered himself a god that is above of all.
Westcott fanatically after being successful in completing his objectives
Because of his superior attitude and high intelligence, Westcott is easily enraged when facing something or someone he does not understand. Westcott is furious because he is unable to understand how a human can suppressing powers of Spirits in his body, but he still has a lot of curiosity about the unknown, he hates the fact that there exist things but he does not know of its existence and he shows pleasure in discovering something new to transform it into pure chaos. He is directly connected to almost every event in the franchise, he is rarely trapped or caught by surprise, he knows everything that happens around the company and especially around the story.

Isaac Westcott in Light Novels Series
The story primarily focuses on Mana Takamiya during her story in England before she was called in Tengu in Japan. He made his first appearance when he received a call from police of London asking for help to stop a mass assault, the criminal organization Yard was attacking a bank with more than 100 people hostage. In response to the request, Westcott requested the presence of the Adeptus 1, 2 & 3, they are Ellen Mira Mathers, Mana Takamiya and Jessica Bailey who were currently in London before the spacequakes begin mysteriously Tengu. However, only Jessica and Ellen were present in the Westcott room.
He explained the current situation of the crime, he mentioned that the assault was being led by Charllote Meyers along with two other former Wizards of SSS that were Daisy and Izabell that were punished and expelled from the SSS for abuse of magical power that were given to them, after they have been expelled from SSS she became Wizards of the criminal organization Yard. After Westcott explained the situation to Jessica and Ellen he asked where Mana was present. Follow the adventures of Mikie Okamine, a young girl enlisted in the AST, a special force that fights against evil ghost Spirits.
The story follows the adventures of Mikie Okamine and Origami. An explosion occurred near Tengu city, thinking that a spirit appeared, the AST hurried to the place only to find a girl named Ashley Sinclair. The next day, Ashley enrolled to the same school Tobiichi and Okamine are attending.
Later in the story it is revealed that Ashley is a former member of SSS (Special Sorcery Service, the british equivalent of AST). Together Leonara Sears and Cecil O'Brien they hijacked three of the latest CR-units theAshcroft series. To stop the three from rampaging Tobiichi and Okamine used the remaining Ashcroft units #1. Alice for Origami and #5. Cheshire Cat for Mikie. The battle wasn't that easy as they discover things about the Ashcroft series.
Sometime in the past SSS ace wizard Artemishia B. Ashcroft decided to leave them for D.E.M believing that the advance technology of the company will help her achieve bringing forth world peace. Unfortunately Artemishia's memories were stolen from her which left her brain dead. The Okamine Heavy Industries miraculously produce the Newest CR-Units, The Ashcroft, with Artemishia's memories as part of its core program. It is said to provide enough power alone to defeat a Spirit.
The AST soon found out that the Ashcroft instead of providing superior power against Spirit it is designed to counter other CR-Unit of other Wizards. The units once worn by a Wizard creates an imprints which makes it useless for others to use making it solely for the first wearer.
With with Ashcroft #2.Jabberwock Cecil is capable of creating Anti-Territory fields, Leonora's Aschroft #3. Lion is capable of heavy bombardment and Ashley obtaining Ashcroft #4. Unicorn she excels greatly with melee combats the trio easily overwhelms the AST. Fortunately Tobiichi's Ashcroft #1. Alice can protect her from other CR-Unit's Territories and Okamine's Ashcroft #5. Cheshire Cat is fitted with an AI navigation system called Bell, a self-healing function and a pair of armour piercing claws called Kitty Fang.
As the battles ensues, Ashley recognizes navigation system Bell as her "old friend" to which no one knows why.

Isaac Westcott creates Marina Arusu
On the game Ars Install, Westcott is a hidden antagonist and a minor character. He is the man who is responsible for creating Marina Arusu, also know as Unknown, alongside with his assistent, Ellen Mira Mathers.
Marina Arusu was program by Westcott to watch Ratatoskr by hacking its program of the Fraxinus. He has also nicknamed by Marina; In the Marina route, she called her creator as "Otoo-san", from the Japanese means "Daddy". Marina shows her loyalty to Isaac in the very end.
Ars Install Light Novel
At the end of the game, it was discovered that Westcott manipuled his own daughter, driving her to death while he destroyed the Simulator Reality of the Fraxinus System. In the process Marina Arusu died, all she wanted was also know to be loved because of that she followed the orders of Isaac loyally until the end he hoped recognize her and give her love, however, she received only death after she had become unnecessary when she failed in her mission.
After the death of Marina Arusu not know what happened to Westcott and Ellen, but they simply again emerged unscathed after committing another atrocity.
Abilities & Skills
- Authority: It may not seem like an awesome power, but his authority is one of his worst weapons, he has control about any kind of authority on earth (being the only person in the world able to create Realizer). Westcott is considered the second most important person in the world by the fact be the his the only person who can manufacture Realizers, with his authority he can do whatever he wants with any human being on earth, he can commit any evil act without cares punishments, Westcott see other people just like dogs that will do the he orders without question.
- Magical-Techology: Isaac Westcott only creates magical technologic, however, he never used it in a direct combat or in a fight. He uses it just in case he really need to use, during the transformation of Dark Tohka he used magic to teleport to somewhere in the Japan.
- World/Humanity: Westcott is the only person in the world who knows how to build Realizer Combat Units and the Realizer for fight against the Spirits, becoming one of the most important people in the world. Wescott is a very important for military leaders from around the world person, Westcott sells Combat Realizer Units to armies of all countries, anything that gets in the way of Isaac Westcott turns a blind an enemy of humanity, but that will not happen if he allow.
- Gifted Orator: The main asset of Westcott is his ability to inspire his troops with enthusiastic speeches and bloodthirsty. It can take almost any situation and turn it into a speech that will strengthen the morale of his soldiers and Wizards for their next operation or mission. Westcott very rarely speaks, he does so long speeches when he is really excited with some very perverse action enough to raise his diabolical joy as exterminate an entire population or cause a conflict that destroys the laws of peace, as the laws of AST and Ratatoskr in Tengu City.
- DEM Wizards: The Wizards are trained to be psychopaths who loyally obey him, so they would give their life because he ordered. His wizards are fanatical soldiers and almost soulless an are loyalty blind, acting as if they were robots following orders that could be inhumane.
- Armed Forces: Westcott has control over all military forces on the planet, they obey any order Westcott.Any kind of weapon of mass destruction can be freely used by Isaac Westcott if he said if if he says that is for "humanities' greater good". He also has his own the military force of D.E.M.
- Fear and Torture: These weapons is used by Isaac almost in everything he does or says, also one of his fetish, most of his soldiers are formed the basis of the fear, as seen in episode 4 of the season 2, when James was showing fear in returning to D.E.M with empty hands. Westcott torture his soldiers cruelest possible for their failures as psychological torture, starvation shape, ripping their nails, cutting their tongues, breaking the bones of their bodies, sticking their eyes, making them eat insects and other types of torture.
- However, neither he often torture his underlings, often it's a quick but painful enough to feel the experience of a terrible pain before the death. He often makes subordinates who are part of the faction "Anti-Isaac" feel the experience of feeling of death, especially at the time when several members of the Board of D.E.M had their arms cut by Ellen.

A piece of technology moved by magic created by science that is best described as an object that makes things that are normally impossible, possible. The novel never clearly explained what it is or it's appearance, but does show some of its functions.
- Combat Realizer Unit
Combat Realizer Unit (CR-Unit for short) is a suit of mechanical armor with weapons that are equipped with a Realizer. The CR-Unit enhances a normal human that has been trained to use the CR-Unit into a superhuman within that person's limit. The CR-Unit isn't designed for indoor places, hence the CR-unit's user could only use it in wide places.
Different CR-Units are known to exist with each type being intended for a particular user or mission role. Many of these CR-Units, like most other military hardware, have been given names.
- Ashcroft Beta
A Realizer that can expand territory. It said that it can expand territories so large that the territories of the entire AST is no match to its size even if they combine their territories. It is possibly derive from the memories of Artemisia B. Ashcroft the same that DEM did with the Ashcroft series.
- White Licorice
A new experimental set of equipment, White Licorice is a CR-Unit that has been optimized for pure destruction. However, the unit puts a large amount of strain on the user, limiting its use to around 30 minutes. Using it any longer will put the user's life in danger.
- Scarlet Licorice
A Realizer created for experiments, the Scarlet licorice has the same firepower and destruction of White Licorice, however the Scarlet Licorice is more dangerous, as the Scarlet Licorice is a test model, the person who uses the Scarlet Licorice quickly suffers the side effects, including death.
- Bandersnatch Droid DD007
A robot equipped with a Realizer, they use Magi-Tech as the Wizards.

Irregular (Jinkō Seirei), (Iregyura), lit. Artificial Spirit) is a new race introduced in Date A Live: Ars Install. They are the opposite of spirits, Irregulars current background is unknown, but as the kanji suggested, the Irregulars might be lab rats of a certain company who create Spirits on purpose, the result of this research was Marina Arusu, she was created by Westcott with the purpose of using technology to destroy the Ratatoskr aircraft.

A satellite that belonged to DEM and was equipped with Realizers which stored a large number of <Bandersnatch> for security. The original purpose of this satellite were unknown but the decommissioned satellite was used as an orbital weapon during a DEM conspiracy, sending itself through Earth's atmosphere like a meteorite in the attempt to kill off Mr. Westcott.
- Combat Wiring Suit
The standard combat wiring suit of the AST is usually worn around the AST base and underneath the CR-Unit when a user is in combat. The combat wiring suit is only used for an emergency or in combat, without a CR-unit, as it contains a basic Realizer unit on it.

- In Date A Live, supernatural beings called Spirits, mysteriously appear in the world of inexplicable way and simply cause spacequakes by several cities in the world causing chaos. And until 30 years after the first spacequake, the Spirits were considered a threat that could decimate humanity, and to protect the mankind, the humans created the Combat Realizer Units and also created a secret military force that was implanted in all the military nations in the world, called anti Spirit Team (AST) that secret of the humanity, they fought against the supernatural beings that threaten human life on earth, however, the only human who could fight this force was Sir Isaac Ray Peram Westcott who was actually conspiring against the world and is in fact the true antagonist and as always continuing the former says that humans are always the biggest threat.

- When Westcott was about to be killed by the conspiracy of the DEM of the Board Members, Westcott could have done something to prevent the destruction of an entire city, however, he indirectly forces Shido and the Spirits into foiling the assassination plan, given they had to prevent said plan from causing any harm to the city. Even if his plan was unsuccessful, he was not one bit concerned about the thousands of lives in the city. In a way, he created a battlefield that would decide the lives of millions of people only to "test" Elliot's organization.
- He and Woodman have been hostile to each other ever since Woodman left him at some point. Also he forms this one to Shido, though nowhere as intense with Woodman.
- Once he starts meddling with the protagonists, particularly Tohka, the story progressively becomes more than just a race to seal the most Spirits.
- Since Westcott appeared in the franchise, the story of Date A Live took a darker and mysterious path.
- Isaac is similar to Adolf Hitler, he hide and lied about the holocaust of the German people, as Isaac lied and deceived to the government of Japan and the entire planet that spacequakes were just natural disasters, using these arguments he succeeded in founding the DEM industries and gain greater technological power on the planet, in other words both deceived and hid something in a certain population to own property.

- The mode that Westcott uses the D.E.M Industries is the same what Jeremy Blaire and Rudolf Wernicke uses the Murkoff Corporation in horror game Outlast, both appear to be using living humans as a way to test their inhuman experiments and both a large technology that could cause panic across humanity if this "thing" were exposed.
- He wants to get Spirit powers to rewrite the laws of reality but the true meaning behind this is unknown. However, despite never said it directly, many believes that he wants to become a God.
- He admits that he loves war, chaos, annihilation, destruction, and the deaths of women and children, and he'd do anything to create a world of despair, transforming him into a into a great exemple of a Card Carrying Villain.
