The Isabella Doll is the titular secondary antagonist of the Happy Birthday Isabella story in the Roblox indie horror game Horror Portals, as well as a minor, yet important antagonist in later chapters.
It is a doll version of Isabella who is haunted, presumed to be Isabella and being seemingly docile at first, only for it to become hostile and kill anyone who sleeps with it. It is also shown to be one of Lapine's dolls in two of the game's endings.
Appearance[]
The Isabella Doll looks exactly like the real Isabella, but her eyes are replaced with buttons and her mouth seems to be stitched up.
Biography[]
The Isabella Doll is first seen in the Forest, after Isabella went missing after the argument between her and Cooper.
She is found by the players on a bridge near the lake and brought back to the camp. Cooper then thinks it is Isabella, but Amber tells him that she is not Isabella, but more like a doll of her. Everyone eventually decide to sleep, in order to forget about the whole ordeal. This is where things take a dark turn, as the doll then goes missing, alongside the one who slept with it (in order to survive, it is advised that you choose to not sleep with it).
The group then see a bloody foot print-like trail. However, the path must be followed, or the Isabella Doll will kill those who check the pool instead. Soon after the group ran to the house, Lapine can be seen with the Isabella doll, saying that they didn't take her after all, before going to his house and have a tea party with the doll.
If the group decides to escape with the car after finding the gas canister, Isabella will suddenly act strange while her father was warning her to not do anything reckless again, her face now being doll-like, as she says: "Father."
Trivia[]
- If the player don't follow the objectives they are given or are not able to finish them within the time limit, the Isabella Doll will jumpscare them and give them a Game Over.
- While initially thought to be Isabella herself according to Cooper, it is revealed that the doll was not Isabella herself, as the real Isabella was actually a seperate being to the doll, as confirmed with the secret ending.
