Isuka is a Dragon Knight and a major antagonist in the anime Noein.
He was voiced by Steve Krammer in the English dubbed version of the anime and by Kenta Miyake in the Japanese version. His name is Japanese for crossbill.
Biography[]
Isuka came from an alternate dimension known as La'Cryma where he received powers from an event that occured there known as the Quantom Revolution. Isuka's spin weapon is energy he charges in his fists that he unleashes from. When Isuka was tasked to kill Haruka, Karasu was forced to kill his ally to save Haruka. Before Isuka died, he commented that he could now be in peace, which was what he always wanted. Isuka is shown to be muscular than the rest of the Dragon Knights, has bald stripes through his har, has dark eyes, and wears a dark cloak over his body just like all Dragon Knights.
