Iwao Daimon is the leader of the Daimon Konzern and the main antagonist of Tokusou Exceedraft. His true identity is the Devil.
He is portrayed by Yuji Abe.
Biography[]
As the Devil, Daimon inspired acts of evil across the universe. Among those who became his followers was Carlos Togo, whom Daimon influenced into ruining his home planet by disseminating the "X-13" bioweapon. To finally win his game against God, Daimon set up a human identity for himself as the head of a corporation known as the "Daimon Konzern".

Learning of Daimon's nefarious plans, the angel Mika descended from Heaven to enlist the Exceedraft team to help her stop him. In response, Daimon found Hitoshi Yuda, a world-class marksman who had accidentally shot and paralyzed his son, and promised to cure his son if he destroyed the Exceedraft team for him. To assist Yuda in the mission, Daimon provided him with a series of Bomb Robots, which resembled humans but would explode when defeated by Exceedraft. The Exceedraft team managed to defeat the Bomb Robots and kill Yuda, but were left mystified as to who had sent them after them.
Daimon later observed as the Exceedraft team clashed with Mika, who was using the "God Santas" to bring children to her "Noah's Ark" spaceship that would save them when Daimon destroyed the world. He found the sight of two people who should be allies quarreling to be amusing. After calling in a tip to the Exceedraft team as to where the children were, Daimon created his own versions of Santa, the Devil Black Santas, and sent them to kill the children Mika had gathered before moving on to Exceedraft. The Devil Black Santas killed the God Santas, but were stopped by the Exceedraft team before they could harm the children. David Akiba, who had returned to Earth to assist Exceedraft, then revealed he had discovered that his brother was inspired by Satan and went to confront Daimon, but was defeated and captured by him.
As the date of doomsday drew closer, God attempted to bring forth another "Child of God" to stop Daimon, but Daimon used his corporation as cover to kill the 863 women God had attempted to impregnate. This drew the attention of Interpol and Shunsuke Masaki, who enlisted the help of Exceedraft in stopping him. When Ai Hyuuga became the next woman pregnant with the child of God, Daimon sent an assassin after her, an Old Man in a Hat who was really his pet dog in disguise. At the same time Exceedraft then stormed the Daimon Konzern building, only to find it abandoned. After receiving a distress call from Ai and Masaki, Exceedraft went to help them and killed the old man. When Exceedraft went to his personal estate to investigate, Daimon took advantage of it to hypnotize Blues and Keace into acting as sleeper agents than him. When the team returned to base, Daimon awakened Blues and Keace as his minions and had them destroy the Exceedraft HQ, but the rest of the team managed to escape before the building was destroyed. Afterwards, Daimon would have Hayato framed for the destruction of the HQ.
Daimon then put in motion his ultimate plan, to destroy the ozone layer of the Earth so the sun's rays would scorch the planet and bring about the end of the world. As natural disasters spread throughout the world because of Daimon's fireball, Daimon periodically possessed the citizens and compelled them to commit acts of violence and rioting. Among those he hypnotized was a family of three, who he attempted to use to kill DraftRedder, Ai and Masaru. However, Redder managed to fight them off and escape. Daimon then opted to pull the three down to Hell itself and confront them personally.
There, Redder found the bodies of Katsuragi and his teammates. Daimon then welcomed Hayato to Hell and stepped forward to face him. Daimon fought Redder in a fist fight and easily bested the Rescue Police officer in physical combat, but Hayato defiantly continued to stand up and landed a punch on Daimon's face. Hayato then revealed he had figured out Daimon's true plan, to lay waste to the Earth and then awaken the Child of God to deliver judgment on it, bringing about the end of the universe. Daimon congratulated Hayato on figuring out his plan and proclaimed that the Devil would always be reborn from the humans God created. However, instead of being used by Daimon, the Child of God exited Ai's body and used its power to revive the other Exceedraft members. Joined by Kosaku and Ken, Hayato led them in fighting Daimon and together they were able to free David Akiba from his grasp, who promptly held off Daimon to give Hayato a chance to defeat him. Hayato blasted Daimon with the full power of Revolback, killing him for good. With Daimon's demise, the ozone layer reappeared and the world returned to normal.
