Izabella Scorpio is the main antagonist of Go Hugo Go and a cameo antagonist in Hugo the Movie Star.
She is Conrad Cuppman's former wife who owns a movie studio and wanted to capture Hugo to become more successful.
In the danish dub, She was voiced Jytte Abildstrøm. In the Miramax dub, She was voiced by Susan Glover. In the English dub, she was voiced by Susanne Blakeslee who also voiced Queen Grimhilde from Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs, Lady Tremaine from Cinderella 3: A Twist In Time, and Cruella De Vil from 101 Dalmatians.

Izabella first appears where she convinces her husband Conrad to take her on a trip to South America in search of an exotic pet to show off to their wealthy friends. After her dissatisfaction with his previous catches, he hires a local wildlife expert who pantomimes examples of the region's rarest animals (including Hugo), whom Izabella intends to find. Cuppman and the chief return later that evening with Hugo; delighted, Izabella announces her idea on Beauty And The Pet, a film in which, ironically, she rescues him from "bad people". While showers him affection, Hugo is repulsed and escaped the yacht at the first opportunity, prompting a frantic chase that accidentally drives him over a waterfall.
during the return on the trip, Izabella overhears singing in the gallery and discovers Hugo survived the fall. She attempts to buy him from the ship's cook but it is promptly thrown out. Upon arrival in Copenhagen, Izabella, and Cuppman to attempt to kidnap Hugo that night from the city zoo. Izabella and Cuppman hired a group of bounty hunters. she coordinates a stakeout out the city from Conrad's limo. Hugo narrowly evades the ensuring pursuit and scrambles aboard the ship before he is spotted, and the tracker presumed him drowned.
Frantic, Izabella orders Cuppman to search for him and nearly pushes him in the water, leading him to snap and furiously tells her off, declaring that he's "through" with the search and her. as Cuppman drives off, Izabella suffers a mental breakdown, leaving her sobbing at the harbor front.
Hugo the Movie Star[]
Cuppman reveals that he divorced her, and that the experience left her clinically insane, she also makes a brief cameo in a picture where Conrad holds and crushes it in a trash can.
