Izuka is a minor antagonist from Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance and a major antagonist in Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. Izuka is a scientist from Daein who created a elixir that turns the Laguz into Feral Ones, which he uses as an army to help Daein during the Mad King War. Some time after the war, Izuka would find an orphan boy named Pelleas and thinking that he is the son of the late king Ashnard, he would become his advisor.
Appearance[]
Izuka has a sharp nose, long blue hair, a gray robe, and a purple coat. In Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, his face is more disfigured and his skin pale. In addition, he has a far larger coat with brown fur and green trim, alongside a gold monocle.
