Jack is a major character in Inanimate Insanity IV, the fourth season of the 2011 animated web series Inanimate Insanity.
He originally resided in MeLife after not being selected to join the show, but after escaping and being among the people who influenced Fan to reboot Inanimate Insanity, he competed on the show.
He is voiced by Joey Sourlis.
Appearance[]
Jack resembles a jack of spades playing card. The spade symbol along with its letter is black, while his Jack symbol is light blue along with its rectangular outline. His face is positioned in the middle of his body.
Personality[]
Jack appears to be a selfish, arrogant and uncaring person. Instead of staying and cheering on Bell or the others who are still doing the MeLife challenge, he decides to just leave, not caring if they were all to die. Instead of showing remorse for nearly causing Test Tube's death in a fit of rage, he instead just says that they've all gotten to know each other, showing no remorse whatsoever, showing his apathetic side. In the third episode, he does show a bit of remorse after Test Tube defends him however.
He's also quite egotistical and anti-social, instead of chatting with his fellow competitors, he decided to devise a strategy where he could crack his knuckles, causing the contestants to easily know he was the knuckles one, showing he's quite strategic as well. This would backfire as Fan added a new rule to the challenge.
History[]
Jack was created by MePhone4 like the other contestants but was rejected from competing and resided in MeLife ever since.
One day, he, alongside Teddy Bear, Spikey, Tapey, and Bell all attempted to escape from MeLife and while he, Teddy Bear, Spikey, and Tapey all completed the game to escape, Bell was left behind and was deleted which Jack showed no emotion to.
Jack participated in the tour of the new society alongside the other newcomers to the society and like the others, Jack was uninterested. When announced that the game would come back, Jack instantly offered to join.
In the first challenge, Jack got the most points but due to a twist in the challenge, Jack instantly became one of the six contestants that were up for elimination. Due to Jack's attitude, he became a target by the other contestants and became the first one voted off. Despite Fan introducing a mechanic that means he could rejoin, he still showed anger for his elimination and threw a device at Bot making Test Tube fall down to her near death before Fan saved her. Despite nearly causing someone to die, Jack showed no remorse afterwards.
