Jack, Also implied to be King Jack, is the main antagonist and final boss of the Halloween 2017 event from the Roblox game Tower Battles. The first ever event in the TB history.

Appearance

Jack is a large pumpkin figure that is orange in color and has several different accessories that could identify it as a king or lord. Jack's most distinguishing feature is its head being a flaming Sinister P Pumpkin from the Roblox catalog. In addition, it has a gray collar, a retexture of Korblox Collar on its neck, and wears a dark cape and black clothing. It is armed with Skeleton Battle axe, 2 sharp edges, bone as a handle, skull in the middle.

Biography

Jack first appears in wave 10 of the Halloween 2017 event. It encounters the players in a typical graveyard, but is defeated due to being much weaker than the other bosses and its army being weak. When it dies, it collapses to the ground, and its head rolls a few meters forward.

He would later come back for revenge in the next halloween as the King Jack.

Trivia

• Jack is likely based on Jack Skellington, the main protagonist of Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas. For example, both characters are portrayed as the King of Halloween and share the same name. Additionally, the game's creator, Planet3arth, tweeted "Tower battles is nightmare before christmas themed rn" when the Halloween 2020 event came out, indicating that he was aware of the film's existence, and thus raising the possibility of King Jack being based on Jack Skellington.
  • Also, it seems King Jack has more similarities to Jack Skellington.
• Jack has different counterparts such as King Jack, Expired Jack, and the Jack unit of the Graveyard tower.
  • Additionally, it's still a matter of debate whether Jack and King Jack are the same characters, the reason for this is that the evidence found contradicts each other; When Jack dies, a message saying "See you next year" appeares, and the following Halloween, King Jack was added to the game. However, the gravestone at Haunted Docks says "Jacks" on it, rather than designating Jacks as a single character.
• Jack has the lowest health out of any bosses in the game, he is also the smallest boss at the same time.
• Jack is the first zombie to have a face.
