Jack Denham is the main antagonist of the 2012 video game Syndicate. he is the leader of EuroCorp sent Agent Merit to kill Miles Kilo and Dr Lily Drawl for betraying EuroCorp and the others.
He was voiced by Brian Cox, who also played Hannibal Lecktor in Manhunter, Killearn in Rob Roy, Hermann Goering in Nuremberg, Ward Abbott in the Jason Bourne film series, Dark Yabu in Vexx, William Stryker in X2: X-Men United, Lionel Starkweather in Manhunt, Agamemnon in Troy, Scolar Visari in Killzone, Pariah Dark in Danny Phantom, General Hemmer in Battle for Terra, Mr. Kreeg in Trick 'r Treat, Conrad in Bob the Builder, Logan Roy in Succession, Kostas Becker in The Simpsons and Niander Wallace, Sr. in Blade Runner: Black Lotus.

Jack Denham was born when the government and politicians were still the norm, coming from a family of lawmakers and corporate leaders. When he was still a young man, his mother committed suicide after lurid press coverage of an illicit affair, and his father retreated into his work.
During university, Denham engaged in social studies, psychology, and economics, publishing multiple articles about how individuals corrupt social structures. When the Syndicates arose as a global force, he embraced the change as the replacement of the mother and father he'd lost.

Jack Denham's father, Johnathan Denham was a judge in the US Supreme Court and died of cancer in 2019. before his death, he managed the Antitrust Vote of 2018 where the US Congress rejected the Sherman Act and 70% of the existing Antitrust laws in North America, opening the door for establishing Syndicate control within the US border.
Jack Denham specialized early in corporate security systems and biotech, and also made a name for himself as a Savagery efficient operative, extracting and interrogating executives and specialists during field ops.
In 2021, he attached himself to EuroCorp, as they founded their North American branch. In 2065, he was in third place among top influential world leaders, according to the World Monthly.
Rumors in state press indicate that Denham has accessed cellular-level technologies to arrest his aging, augmenting his mental and physical capabilities.
MILESTONES 1 / WAKE UP CALL[]
Jack and Agent Merit came into the room and checked on Miles Kilo and see if Kilo succeeded in the chip or Dart overlay it turned out that Kilo's chip had been a success and was ready to do the Aspari mission with Agent Merit and he wanted dealt with now.
MILESTONES 6 / EUROCORP[]
In Milestone 6 Jack asks Kilo to be with him, so he can have a conversation with Kilo about Lily Drawl then a EuroCorp Lady asks Jack to sign an autograph. he writes it down and tells the lady "I don't like surprises" so he gets her to make an appointment next time when see comes and sees him she'll know what to do.
Jack also said that he can't allow the obvious risk Drawl's thing is going to effect because he thinks the Asset is going to terminate EuroCorp so he says, he can't allow that to happen.
He enters the room when Lily Drawl is working with Merit, types the door code in then he wants Kilo to follow him and thank Lily for the machine checking on Merit. he's thinks Merit is one most loyal people in EuroCorp, then he thanks Lily again for Merit's final upgrade. then wants Kilo to get moving to get Lily Drawl to stay with the company.
He was also looking forward to Kilo's future.
MILESTONES 16 / HUMAN RESOURCES[]
In Milestone 16 he wanted to know if it's possible if he's salvageable, but it turns out that Kilo was glitching out of his Dart chip, into Kilo's mind it shows EuroCorp killing Kilo's parents and took Kilo and Adopt him into EuroCorp, which he was found under the bed saying he's going to make him proud and hugs Kilo as a child.
MILESTONE 20 / JACK DENHAM[]
In the final part of the game, Jack tells his men to eliminate Kilo and Lily for their Treachery and betrayal against EuroCorp at the last few Milestones when Kilo was dealing with Logos in a kitchen-like battle arena he heard that they betrayed him, however when it was close to the end of the game, he told Merit (which also bought out The Twins to finish Kilo up, so Kilo wouldn't get to him.
When Kilo was on his way to Denham down he was going to make Kilo glitch out and mess with Dart.6 and get it to tell Kilo it's going to be alright and then when Kilo got to him, told Kilo that Lily Drawl set the towers on fire and then when Kilo got even closer than before, he jumped into the damaged hole and commit suicide and left his final words "Such a Shame" then fell.
