Little Jack Horner sat in the corner eating his Horner pie! Stuck in his thumb, pulled out a plumb and said 'What a good boy am I!'
~ The nursery rhyme often associated with the company.

Jack Horner Pie Co. are the main antagonists of DreamWorks' 43rd full-length animated film Puss in Boots: The Last Wish, a spin-off of the Shrek franchise. Their pie company, while being seemingly innocent, is run by Jack Horner who wants all the magic in the world.

Biography[]

Foundation[]

The company was founded in an unknown year by the parents of Jack Horner. According to Jack, it was a thriving and wealthy business. His family had perormed sideshows with "Little Jack Horner" signing his nursery rhyme. A first, it gained popularity, but became stale when magical creatures like Pinocchio, started to gain attention.

The Trident[]

Jack Horner sent an outlaw and thief known as "Kitty Softpaws" to retrieve Poseidon's trident for him. After she returned with it he tried to attack her with it but she got away.

The Last Wish[]

Once Jack's parents died. he took control of the company. The company also had some sanitary issues, though it is unknown whether this was already the case when Jack became CEO or if it was because of Jack. The company was made heavily corrupt under Jack, who saw it as "useless crap". He turned the company into a crime organization and used it to try to obtain all of the world's magic. Under Jack, the company collected many magical items, including hiring two people (with Jack killing one of them) to collect a map to the wishing star, a star that allows you to wish for anything in the world. The map was then stolen by two outlaws alongside an attempted thievery by four others.

Jack then assembled a group known as the Baker's Dozen to reclaim the map and make the wish to get all the magic in the world. During the journey the entirety of the Baker's Dozen died and right before Jack managed to make his wish the map for the star was destroyed, causing the star to explode and kill Jack.

Aftermath[]

It is implied that after the movie, Goldilocks and the Three Bears became the CEO's of the company, and thus, the company presumably redeemed itself.
