Jack Sinclair is a supporting antagonist in the 2024 Paramount+ live-action/animated action-adventure miniseries, Knuckles, which is part of the Sonic Cinematic Universe. He is a bounty hunter, the former captain of the Renegades, and the former best friend of Wade Whipple.
He was portrayed by Julian Barratt, who also played Julian in Killing Eve.

While operating as a bounty hunter, Jack Sinclair met Wade Whipple, with whom he forged a close friendship. Sinclair used to tell Whipple the story about the frog carrying the scorpion across the river and its metaphor. On one occasion, Sinclair, despite what Whipple told him, sued a restaurant franchise because the animatronic birds told him the same joke as they did to everyone else, causing him to take it personally and lose a lot of money with the demand. For his hunts, Sinclair bought a giant cage from a strange guy through Facebook Marketplace.
Knuckles Episode 1: The Warrior[]
Jack doesn’t play a huge role in episode 1, but he kicks out Wade Whipple out of their bowling team. Replacing Wade with Suisie Barnes. Later on, Susie replaces Jack as Wade rejoins the group and names it The Warriors.
Knuckles Episode 4: The Flames Of Disaster[]
Wade steps out the front porch of his house, and hopes that it will be a great day. But then, Jack drags Wade away, and traps him in a cage in a moving car. Jack gets in the car as Knuckles mediates Wade on the phone. Wade wakes up, and sees Jack dressed as Longclaw. And then, Jack sings a song about Knuckles as Wade is forced to be dressed as Knuckles. Afterward, Wade flies out the cage, and challenges Jack to a duel. Wade manages to cut his hair off and forces Jack to turn over his hat, jacket, vest and shirt. Humiliated, Jack runs away in defeat.

- Jack was dressed as Longclaw in Wade's dream. Longclaw is Sonic's first adoptive mother in the first Sonic the Hedgehog film.
- Jack is the only character in the show who is shown to have impressive singing, excluding Wade in his dream.
- Jack is also the only character to be the worst friend ever.
- Jack and Pistol Pete Whipple are the only villains who don't have any interactions with Knuckles within the show of the same name.
- The hat that he wears is the same hat that Knuckles wore in the 1996 animated film, Sonic OVA. And fittingly enough, Knuckles is the new owner of Jack's hat at the end of the show.
