He is one of the minor Antagonist in Mercenary Enrollment and is one of the commanders of The Forest and takes the leadership but only under orders of the main head of the forest.
He is the one who trained and recruit the Mercenaries and become the best in The Forests. Altho he wanted to keep the army in a massive size and only put the smallest units but in combat and military training in harsh conditions.
it is said he uses Alice for the benefit and uses her family in order to restrain her in order for her to obey under her orders. He has disliked of joining unknown forces like 003 and has known to not trust anyone but those who are loyal to The Forest and loves to abuse and torture who tried to betray the forests and happens to be exercising since he took this role and have been manipulating to hurt and destroy Alice in order for her to stay like a loyal dog.

He is somewhat in average but good build and often wears a military and operative suits in missions. He has a scar under his eyes and appears to be brutal in certain circumstances. He is somewhat being feared by others who do not want to dare or defies his orders except those who don't seem to have a problem with that like Viper.
There is not much about him as he is only minor antagonist series who only has a short chapters, but is shown to have remarkable skills especially when training recruits. But it said to believe to train an experimental unit "The Numbers" and happened to witness the situation till he became in Second in Command but he does not abuse it towards the superiors
