Jacob Anton Ness aka "Poseidon" is the main antagonist of the 5 season of Prison Break.

He is a psychopathic rogue CIA operative head of the 21 Void who often works with A&W and Van Gogh to kill Michael Scofield when he escapes and helping Yemen Terrorists

He is portayed by Mark Feuerstein who also played Heath Barron in Law & Order.

Biography

Jacob, aka Poseidon, leads the criminal organization "21 Void" and, as a former CIA agent, has his own agenda. He involves Michael Scofield in the plan to break out of Ogygia prison, using collaborators such as A&W and Van Gogh. After Michael refuses to work for him, Poseidon imprisons Sara to blackmail him.

Forced to fake his own death, Michael begins breaking out criminals on behalf of "21 Void". Meanwhile, Poseidon frames Michael for the murder of CIA Deputy Director Harlan Gaines and recruits David Martin, son of Theodore Bagwell, to assist him. Jacob attempts to separate Michael from Sara, destroying messages and manipulating Michael's son into believing his mother is dead.

However, Michael manages to frame Poseidon by recreating Gaines' murder and providing enough evidence to exonerate himself. Jacob is arrested and sent to Fox River, where his cellmate T-Bag kills him as the other inmates look on in glee.
