Jacob Finley was an ex-convict who worked as a bus boy at a Detroit diner and recurring villain in the CW Television series Smallville.
He appeared as the secondary antagonist in the Season 7 episode "Fracture".
He was portrayed by Corey Sevier.

Blue[]
After Clark Kent saved Kara Zor-El from her father by destroying the blue crystal, Kara disappeared and woke up in Detroit, having teleported away from the fortress with total amnesia and no powers. Kara wandered into a local diner where Jacob Finley was working as a bus boy and was given a job, as well as a place to stay by the kindly owner.
Fracture[]
For weeks Kara worked at the diner as a waitress under the name Linda and grew close to Finley. However, Lex Luthor managed to track her down and offered her treatment to restore her memory. When Kara and Lex talked, Finley looked on with an intense jealous stare. Finley became obsessed with Linda and wanted her all for himself.
Lex gave her a necklace and as she went to say good-bye to Finely, Lois Lane arrived as well. As the two argued, they both heard Kara scream as Finely abducted her. Finely took Kara to a Detroit junkyard and locked her behind a caged fence. Lois and Lex tracked her down due to Lex putting a GPS device on Kara's necklace.
After Lois left to look for her, Lex picked up Kara's cuff bracelet. Lois tried to find something to pick the lock, but she turned around and Finley points a gun at her. Lex arrived at the scene and pointed a gun at Finley in order to have him release Lois. As Lois broke free of Finley's grasp, he and Lex shoot each other. Finley was wounded in his left shoulder but Lex was shot right between his eyes.
Finley locked Lois behind a fence with Kara, saying he will get them money and then figure out what to do with Lois. Lex was taken to the hospital in critical condition. Kara told her that Finley seemed very nice to her at first and she had no idea he that could snap so easily. After Clark entered Lex's mind and gained access to his memories, he learned of Kara's location in Detroit.
In the Detroit junkyard, Lois was picking the lock when she and Kara saw Finley drive up. They tried to run away, but Finley found them and pointed a gun at them, saying he just wanted to protect Linda.
He prepares to shoot them to avoid being turned in and sent back to prison. Clark super-speeds to the scene and pushed a stack of cars on top of him before throwing him and knocking him out. Finley was arrested for kidnapping and attempted murder.
