Jacques Pierre François is a minor antagonist of the SML YouTube series.
He was a famous French painter who is the biological and estranged illegitimate father of Jeffy.
While originally debuting as an art competitor to Junior, it was revealed in Jeffy's Parents his true identity as Jeffy's biological father. He then reveals in The SML Movie: Jeffy's 18th Birthday!, that he faked his suicide and that he does not want anything to do with Jeffy, including his son not getting any of his fortune.
In Jeffy's 21st Birthday!, he serves as the main antagonist as he tries to kill Jeffy to cut him out of his life once and for all for ruining a deal, only to fail resulting in his own actual death.
Trivia
Jacques cutting his ear off is a reference to Vincent Van Gough cutting his ear lobe off.
