The Jade Gang are the secondary antagonists of Sleeping Dogs. They are one of the many Sun On Yee gangs in Hong Kong and are lead by their Red Pole Dogeyes. With their territory in Siu Wah and the Warehouse District, they work directly for Big Smile Lee and are responsible for various atrocities ordered by him. They are the archrivals of Winston Chu's Water Street Gang.

While Winston himself is an extremely brutish and violent man, the direction in which Dogeyes leads his own gang is dramatically worse. Ruling through fear and having the personal backing of one of the most powerful and evil leaders of the Sun On Yee in Big Smile Lee, the Jade Gang leave only death and misery in their wake. Unlike the Water Street Gang's low level street crimes, the Jade Gang are wicked mongers who regularly commit the worst crimes including but not limited to; Mass murder, torture, trafficking, and enslavement. In many ways they are even worse than the Sun On Yee's rivals the 18k Triads, as they are heavily invested in the Sun On Yee civil war and have no issue in massacring their fellow Triad members if it benefits themselves.
They are the personal "recruiters" for Big Smile Lee and Sonny Wo's sex trade and were the ones responsible for the slaughter at Winston's wedding.
