He also got married, the woman's name is unknown, but he had a daughter, whose name was Billie and a son whose name was Johnny. The girl met a man, he was a police officer, Tequila Yuen. However, James hated him as he had previously killed his only son, because Johnny had killed the policeman's two companions. What made it even more complicated was that Tequila and Billie dated and had a daughter, Teko. However, the woman was very afraid that her father would not allow them to live happily, he wanted to take revenge and find them. When they met in Tai O, Tequila told her to meet him at the airport at night and run away together. The man was waiting for her at the airport, but she didn't come, it was James and two thugs who probably belonged to the Imperial 9s. The crime lord told Tequila that his daughter would not come and even gave him a message from her. He then told him that he also had a message for him, and then the two gangsters brutally beat the policeman, Tequila was seriously injured and bleeding. Wong and the two thugs then left him in the rain.
Eighteen years later, however, something unexpected happened. In the Hong Kong marketplace, two members of the Golden Kane, Lok, the right-hand man of the leader, Yung Gi, and an unknown thug kidnap a policeman and then kill him. At the police station, police chief Lee received a message on the phone, that a policeman must go to the Golden Rabbit teahouse within the hour if they wanted to find the dead cop. The police chief wanted to send an entire swat team, but Tequila agreed to go there alone. A friend, Jerry, and the others said it was suicide, but he didn't care at all. He is attacked several times and when he arrives at the market, a figure in a hat leaves behind a photo and a policeman's badge. Tequila is shocked to see that the badge has been shot through and the photo shows the missing policeman, who was shot in the head and heart. In the marketplace, he is attacked again and after several fights, he finds the stranger in the hat, who informs him that the policeman was killed by the Imperial 9s, who are direct minions of Wong. Tequila then kills the stranger and his men and then finds the Golden Rabbit teahouse. The Imperial 9s people show up and want to do business with the Golden Kane people, namely to get forged passports, however the Golden Kane people give less money than the criminals of the other gang want. One of Golden Kane's men notes that Wong made them a promise, but the other gang is not interested in this and when they see that Tequila is also in the tea house, they start shooting. Tequila kills all the criminals and one of Golden Kane's minor leader, Kwong Fang, and by the time the fight is over, the police arrive.
Tequila then goes to Tai O where he wants information from a fisherman. He tells the policeman that the area is under the control of the Imperial 9s and that Wong is nearby on a ship, but Golden Kane is trying to take over the fishing town. The fisherman is then shot by a sniper, but Tequila finishes off the killer and sets out to kill the criminals. After a few minutes, he gets a call from Jerry, who tells him that Golden Kane's people are so confident that they have already brought drug tables to the scene. Tequila destroys them, killing many of Golden Kane's henchmen, but wonders where these people got so many firearms. Then a police helicopter came for Tequila, then shot the criminals with a machine gun, then landed and blew up the ship with several bombs, which were used by members of the Golden Kane to launch the attack. Then an unknown person took him with a boat to Wong's ship, the King James. On the ship, he met Jerry, who was revealed to be secretly working for Wong. Inside, in a room, sat Wong, surrounded by a few people and his personal bodyguard, Dapang. Tequila wondered what his archenemy wanted from him. Wong said that the leader of Golden Kane, Yung Gi, is in league with a Russian mafia leader, Damon Zakarov, and they want to get some of Wong's territories in Hong Kong. Tequila was a little surprised why his enemy needed his help when he had plenty of men, weapons and power. Jerry then showed a video on his phone of Billie and Teko sitting tied up in a room with Damon next to them.
Wong said the incident happened two weeks ago. Billie and Teko were living in Chicago when Damon's brother, Vlad Zakarov and some of his men broke into their apartment one night and kidnapped them. He then said if he sent a crew, they would be immediately caught at the airport by the FBI and the war would break out, and Zakarov stated that he would kill both of them if Wong took action against the Golden Kane. The crime lord wanted to send someone who the police wouldn't suspect, and even the enemy wouldn't suspect that he was active in the background. At first, Tequila didn't want to accept the offer unconditionally, as it hurt him that he hadn't seen Billie or his daughter for eighteen years because of her father, who told her that she was already afraid, but not from him, but from her love, whether he will forgive her. That's when he showed the policeman a picture of the two girls, and that's when Tequila hit Wong, who didn't get angry and even said that he deserved it. But then they heard an explosion, the remaining people of the Golden Kane take the hangar. Tequila then spoke to Jerry on the phone, who told him that he had to place fourteen C4 bombs in the marked locations or the Golden Kane would obtain thousands of kilos of heroin. The policeman finished off the remaining criminals, and then a police boat came to pick him up, but his boss, Lee, was already waiting for him. However, Tequila was angry at him for not telling him that Jerry was a double agent and that he knew about the kidnapping of the two girls, so he gave him back his badge and did as Wong instructed, detonating the bombs. He then went with Jerry to the Mega Restaurant, where Yung Gi, Lok and other members of Golden Kane were negotiating with the Zakarov brothers. Along with Tequila, Imperial 9s men also broke into the restaurant, but the policeman was seen as an enemy just the same, despite the fact that they were all there on Wong's behalf. Yung fled, but Lok stayed behind to stop Tequila, but the policeman killed him as well. Tequila and Jerry then quickly fled, because the Imperial 9s blowing up the entire restaurant. The two men then traveled to Chicago, chasing Yung, who went to the Zakarov’s Penthouse after he arrived. Yung was angry about Lok's death, but Damon tried to calm him down by bringing the two girls to him and offering to see his museum together, but then they got some unexpected visitors. Tequila and Jerry arrived at the penthouse garage, but Jerry was conspicuously texting someone on his phone, but then turned his attention to Tequila. Tequila fights on the lower level and Jerry fights on the upstairs. The building was protected by Damon's brother Vlad Zakarov and many henchmen. Vlad shot Jerry in the arm and locked him in a room, then he also fought against Tequila, however, after an extremely difficult and cruel fight, the policeman killed the Russian mobster and all his men. He then freed Jerry and went to the Chicago History Museum, knowing that he would find his love and his daughter there.
At the museum, Damon was angry about his brother's death, so he changed the deal and Yung could only take Teko with him, Billie had to stay. After Yung and Teko left, Tequila found Damon and Billie, but the mafia leader took the girl with him and his men tried to shoot the policeman, but were unable to stop him. During the fighting, the museum suffered great damage and destruction, the two men fought each other in the Chinese section and finally Tequila killed Damon and was finally with his love again. However, Billie was very scared when she found out that her love was sent by her father, then Jerry suddenly entered the door with two pistols and started shooting them. He hit Billie, but Tequila fired back and Jerry was wounded, but not seriously. She died in her love's arms as her wound bled to death and Jerry fled while tried to shoot Tequila, but he went after him. Zakarov's remaining men tried to stop the policeman, but were unsuccessful and the two men clashed in the Indian section. Jerry then revealed that Wong had paid him to kill him and Billie, after which they turned the fight serious and both fought to the end, but in the end Tequila killed his fellow traitor. Then he checked Jerry's phone, which found some very important things. On it was the entire video recording, in which Damon Zakarov stated that he and Billie would reveal Wong's secret affairs, as well as the names of the cops and politicians who are secretly corrupt and helping Wong. The recording also revealed that Damon did not want to hurt or kill them absolutely, he only wanted Hong Kong and for Wong to fulfill his demands. That's when he saw Wong texting on his phone, and he was replying to him on Jerry's behalf. Suddenly Jerry got up and tried to shoot, but his injuries were too many and severe and he died for good.
Tequila then returned to Hong Kong and visited Yung and the remaining members of Golden Kane. He said that he had Teko because Wong had promised him that if he got the girl, he would give him a slice of Hong Kong. At that point, Tequila told him how unreliable Wong was and showed him irrefutable evidence. On Jerry's phone, Wong wrote a message saying that he was going to meet Yung and the members of Golden Kane in person, but not to make a deal, but to kill them all. Tequila and the Golden Kane teamed up, the policeman wanted them to meet Dragon Claw in a less populated area, the Slums of Kowloon. However, Tequila couldn't get there in time as the Dragon Claw members held him up while Wong and Dapang arrived. Yung then tried to hold them a while, but finally decided to make a deal with Wong, but Tequila killed the criminals and arrived at the scene when the Golden Kane's men were already taking Teko there. Then Dapang and Yung also took out their pistols and the situation became very tense, Wong was honestly surprised that his enemy did not die. The crime lord then held a pistol to his granddaughter's head and took her as a hostage. Wong was about to pull the trigger, then Tequila started shooting him, and Dapang started to shot the two of them and an everyone against everyone fight began. Yung and the rest of Golden Kane are killed, and Wong and Dapang kidnap Teko and flee with a car. However, Tequila goes after them and follows them to the crime lord's estate.
Wong and Dapang escape into the palace while Tequila shoots the guards outside. Suddenly, a Broadsword Helicopter appears, equipped with serious heavy weaponry, but Tequila damages the helicopter with a machine gun so much that it crashes and smashes the palace gate. After finishing off several guards inside, in the great hall of the palace where there was a Dragon Statue, he found Wong and Dapang, but the latter held a pistol to Teko's head. At that point, Wong offered to give the policeman his daughter back, but the two would leave Hong Kong forever. Tequila, understandably, didn't trust his old enemy at all, but then Dapang grab her neck and pressed the gun to her head, and Wong told him that he had no choice. Tequila then gave his word that he would accept the offer, Wong then took out a knife and cut the ropes on Teko's hand, but the girl removed the bandage from her mouth and shouted to her father that it was a trap. Dapang tried to hold her down again, but Teko kicked him and tried to run away, but Wong shot her right arm with a pistol. However, Teko did not stop and ran through a door as Tequila noticed that Wong had lied to him again and was surrounded by theminions of the Dragon Claw.
The policeman has killed those around him and the time has come for him to deal with his main enemy once and for all. Wong tried to shoot him with a sniper rifle, but Tequila hit him a few times, at which point he ordered Dapang to kill the policeman, who jumped down from up with two shotguns. However, after a fierce and bloody fight, Tequila shot Dapang and the henchmen apart, setting up a veritable massacre, and Wong again emerged from cover to finish off the policeman. Tequila wounded him again and it looked like he was going to die, but he still had the strength to stand up and aim for his head. Wong was ready to pull the trigger when Teko pushed him down and the crime lord died in the fall.

“ | Yung: He’s a man on honor. He says he believes in the old ways. Tequila: He put a bullet in his daughter? How honorable is that? Let me guess. He set the time and place for the drop and wants you to deliver Teko personally. Hahahaha... I'm talking to a mad man. |

~ Tequila reveals Wong's true personality to Yung Gi. |
James Wong was a very cold, ruthless, arrogant, perfidious crime lord. He loved to talk to almost everyone in a uppish, threatening and despicable style, not really showing respect for anyone. He presented himself as an honest and noble man, but in reality he was dishonest ,liar, hypocrite and untrustworthy person. He did not love his daughter and granddaughter. Without any remorse, even in the death of his own daughter, he only saw the benefit, he also used his granddaughter as a tool, he almost killed her mercilessly and in cold blood. It is questionable whether he loved his son, but it is likely that he did not love him either, since even though he hated Tequila for his death, he never wanted to avenge him.
