Jared Morillo, known as Plunder, is a villain in the third season of The Flash.
He is portrayed by Stephen Huszar.
Jared Morillo commited a string of robberys from Star City to Central City.
Captured by the Flash
When Barry is alerted to a robbery in progress, he speeds to the jewelry store where Plunder is currently shattering cases with his sound wave gun. Arriving there, Barry realizes that the news in the future were about Plunder's arrest through the Flash. Realizing that capturing Plunder could lead to the future in which Iris would be killed by Savitar, Barry is so overwhelmed that Plunder has the oppurtunity to blast Barry away with his gun. Plunder then escapes by motorcycle.
Thrilled because he was able to escape the Flash, Plunder commits another robbery, this time at a hotel. After stealing enough, Plunder heads to the roof to escape via helicopter but is confronted by the Flash again. Once more Plunder shoots his gun at Barry, but this time Barry dodges the energy shot at him. He then speeds at Plunder and knocks him down but the projectiles Plunder shot earlier target Barry once more. Barry is forced to flee the roof, eventually successfully steering the projectiles into a wall. Despite defeating Plunder, Barry is reluctant to approach the robber because he doesn't want the future to come true. This dilemma prevents him from realizing that Plunder's gun is aiming at him once more. Before the gun can fire, however, Barry is saved by Kid Flash.
With no other choice left, Barry helps Wally deliver Plunder to Iron Heights, where he is incarcarated. Barry is worried, however, that the future he saw will now come true.
Morillo escapes almost immediately, assaulting two guards on his way out. He robs the Central City museum but when he attempts to escape via motorbike, Wally confronts him and attempts to take him down. When Wally storms at him, Plunder shoots him down but Barry helps Wally back up, telling him that it needs to be Kid Flash who takes down Plunder to alter the future. Both Flash's pursue Plunder through Central City while Plunder shoots at them with a variety of projectiles. During this pursuit, Wally is indeed able to knock Plunder off his motorbike and is credited for Plunder's arrest.
