Biography[]
In 2015, a patient named Robert Goodman was referred to him due to several violent outbursts. Parker began to experiment on him and torture him, causing Robert to suffer from spontaneous bouts of amnesia until he eventually lost all sense of his identity and was essentially erased. Parker would take on 8 other patients who suffered the same fate.
By 2018, Dr. Parker run the second level of Slabside Maximum Security Prison, experimenting on the inmates and constantly abusing them for the slightest aggression, planning to erase them like he did with his previous victims. After Oliver Queen was sent to him for attacking several guards, Parker interrogated him about his past. When Oliver refused to answer, Parker has the guards inject him with truth serum to force him to answer.
After several sessions, Parker asked about his reason for becoming the Green Arrow. Oliver told him that he and his father along with their bodyguard Dave Hackett were deserted at the ocean in a life raft. His father killed Hackett and himself to ensure his survival and made a promise to his father to stay alive and right his wrongs. Parker tried to convince Oliver that his father was a murderer who burdened Oliver with his own son, claiming Oliver didn’t have to carry them and his vigilantism would become a bad influence for his son, William. After Oliver refused to let go of his past, Parker puts him in a machine designed to manipulate and stimulates his memories. Because of this, Oliver was first to watch being put in the same situation his father and him were, but this time, it was Oliver and his own son, sacrificing himself for William just like his father before him. Oliver is then seemingly convinced by Parker to end his family’s cycle of violence.
Oliver was escorted out of his cell and taken down to where the other inmates were. Later, when Grim Reaper got into a fight with Oliver, Parker experimented on him, resulting in the man’s death. When Oliver claims to be suffering from a relapse, he’s sent to Parker. Oliver tries to find out what happened to Grim Reaper, but Parker refused to say anything, saying it sounds like something the “old him” would say.
When Oliver and Talia Al Ghul got into a fight, Parker tried to use a new method on Oliver, only for him to break free and break out with Talia in order to escape. Oliver chooses to stay behind, but Talia escapes, later giving Felicity Smoak valuable intel that exposes Parker’s crimes. As a result, he was fired from Slabside. After leaving the prison, he was suddenly attacked by Talia, who proceeded to take revenge on him by shocking him with one of his own shock collars and then killing him.
After his death, Dave Hackett’s son Sam Hackett would get his hands on the transcript of Parker’s interview with Oliver, allowing him to learn about his father’s death at the hands of Robert Queen, causing Sam to start a plan for revenge against Oliver to avenge his father’s death.
