Jason Brodeur is a businessman and the former CEO of Brodeur Chemical. He is on "The List". He is a minor antagonist in Season 1 of Arrow.
He is portrayed by T.J. Ramini, who also voiced Loptr in Bayonetta 2
Biography [ ] At first it was believed The List contains the names of individuals who are damaging Starling City through various means, usually financial. It was later revealed the names on The List are actually people that Malcolm Merlyn blackmailed into participating in the Undertaking or risk his illegal activities being known to the public. Jason Brodeur is in fact on the List.
Jason was having his company illegally dump toxic waste. A woman named Camille Declan decided to report Jason for that, so Jason had Camille killed and framed her husband Peter for the murder.
After receiving a file proving that Matt Istook helped cover up for Brodeur, Laurel Lance took it to the Starling City Superior Court, hoping to get Declan out of prison. However, Brodeur and his attorney intervened, claiming slander, and the evidence that Laurel submitted was denied.
Following that, Brodeur expressed his fright at how close he was to being found. However, Ankov assured him that they had people within Iron Heights Prison who could help permanently silence Declan. That night, Brodeur was visited by The Hood, who shot him through the hand with an arrow, before he revealed after a phone call that Peter Declan would be killed within the hour. Not long after, Ankov flipped Brodeur and the he was sent to jail, while Peter Declan was released.
