Jason Caplin is the main antagonist of the CSI: Miami episode slaughterhouse. He is a mass murderer who almost slaughtered his entire family.
He was portrayed by Albie Selznick
Biography[]
When his toddler daughter Erin was found walking in the streets covered of blood Horatio Caine and his team go to the Caplin's home, over there they found a wounded Jason and the rest of the family gunned down, at the hospital he feigns amnesia on the tragedy who occurred and the suspicion falls on his late wife.
However some evidence later prove that he was the one who slaughtered his family save from Erin who was saved by his older brother Luke, so Horatio confronts him at his house and finally Jason confesses his crime using post partum psychosis to justify it and so to avoid to face death penalty.
