Jason Hightower is a one time villain from the French cartoon show Totally Spies.

Biography[]
He was in the episode "Zooney World". The spoiled son of Louis Hightower, he conspired to rebel against teenagers and adults.
Jason was first seen barging into his father's office reminding him about his commitment to spending time with him, until Louis rebuffed him, much to his disappointment. He established a secret base on an island containing a broadcasting satellite dish. Within the base, he transmitted a hypnotic message to all children wearing Zooney Helmets to show up to his headquarters. He tried to have the children blow up Sam, Alex, and Clover by filling them with water. He was next seen hiding in a tech room fighting against Sam. She realizes his reasons for why he did what he did, due to the fact that his dad isn't available to spend quality time with his son due to his job obligations.
After all was said and done, WOOHP intervened and got the formerly brainwashed kids back to safety. After some coaxing from Sam, Louis apologized to his son, and offered to take him out to the amusement park. Jason jokes that he will check his schedule and get his assistant to call his dad as they reconcile, thus ending his revenge scheme.
