Jason Lennon is one of the minor antagonists in The Mentalist TV-show. He is one of accomplices of a dangerous criminal Red John. He is played by Christopher Cousins.
Biography[]
Jason worked at a women's shelter. This helped him find weak victims for rape. His colleague and accomplice Julia Howard selected the victims for him. She brought them to her home, and Jason tied them up, after which he raped and killed them. In total, he killed five women. One day, Red John approached him and Julia. He demanded that they deliver Miranda Roman, Lorelei Martins's sister, to him. Red John raped and killed Miranda. This made Lorelei herself vulnerable. So she began to serve Red John. This continued until Patrick Jane told Lorelei that her sister was killed by Red John, whom she served. Lorelei broke into Julia's home and Julia, under torture, told her the truth about her sister's death. Then Lorelei came to Jason and began torturing him too. Only Patrick's intervention stopped Lorelei from killing Jason. Jason also confessed to what he had done and what had happened to Miranda. Lorelei escaped and Jason was taken to the hospital. Soon a police officer named Robert Kirkland came to him and began interrogating him. Suddenly, Robert asked him if they knew each other. Jason said he didn't know Robert. Robert took out a syringe and injected Jason with its contents. Jason died.
