Javelin is a minor antagoist in DC Comics. He is an enemy of the Green Lantern.

Biography

Past

Javelin was a former Olympic athlete, although for unknown reasons, he became a criminal.

Meeting Green Lantern

Using his talent, he created a javelin-based weapon and then became a mercenary. During the first action, Javelin intended to steal a prototype sun-powered jet from Ferris Aircraft. However, a Green Lantern appeared who tried to stop him but was defeated by Javelin. While trying to blow up Ferris Aircraft, he was caught and sent to prison.

Suicide Squad

He joined Suicide Squad to clear his card from crime. During the mission, he and team fought Circe, who apparently killed him by impaling him with his own javelin.

Despite his possible death, Javelin showed up along with other villains paid to murder Deadshot. Javelin most likely died here again when Deadshot fired one of his explosive javelins.

Javelin has returned to Suicide Squad. The team was betrayed by Tattooed Man and Javelin was hit by a car.
