Jax is the main protagonist of the Dhar Mann video "Dad Commits Crimes To Save Dying Son".
He is the leader of a criminal organization, with Gage being one of its members. However, Gage turned on Jax after refusing to listen to his order of calling off the plan to steal money from a bank. Despite this, Jax isn't really evil, as he only planned to steal the money in order to help his son get the treatment he needed as he had leukemia.
He was portrayed by Chris Ready, who also portrayed Brian Lillard in another Dhar Mann video.
Biography[]
At the beginning of the video, Jax and his group are hunting for animals in the forest. He tried shooting a deer, but was hesitant to do so, so Gage decides to do it himself and shoot the deer, telling everyone to leave. While Jax goes to therapy, the rest of the group begin to rob other people, as well as breaking into someone's home to steal their belongings.
Jax's son was in the hospital and had leukemia, so he and his group make a plan to rob money from a bank in order to pay for his son's treatment, which was $25,000. Gage, however, noticed that Jax was acting a bit different, but he says to not worry about it and carry on with the plan.
Upon entering however, he decided to call it off as it was a no-go, but he and Rhett refuse to listen and break in regardless, with Gage holding Richard (the bank owner)'s son hostage until he heard a noise outside and went to go check, with Richard using the laptop to call the cops on them.
This allows Jax to knock out Rhett and take his gun, afterward going out into the hallway to deal with Gage, who begins to taunt him until police officers arrived to arrest both of them. At Jax's cell, Richard tells him that he decided to not press charges against him or Rhett even though what he did was wrong. Jax tells him that he cannot stop thinking about his son, so Richard tells him a solution, that he will get his son the treatment he needs, afterward going to Universal with his family.
