Jaxe is a supporting antagonist of the Solar Eclipse Event in Tower Defense Simulator, a Roblox game created by Paradoxum Games. It was first introduced to the Tower Defense Community on October 15th, 2021, but it wasn't actually added to the game until December 4th, 2021. It was part of Night I of the Solar Eclipse Event, and could be fought against in Rotfield. Being defeated by it or its army would result in the player being unable to move onto Night II. Defeating it though would allow you to move on while also giving you some rewards. When it's defeated, it kneels to the ground as its head falls off rolling, presuming it is dead.

Later in Night IV, Jaxe returns as Headless Jaxe, a headless version that has the same abilities, but has more health and has a different appearance. It also does not have any dialogue in Night IV.

It probably will not return when The Umbra eventually returns, and it will most likely be replaced like Swamp Monster.

Personality

Jaxe can be seen as an egotist because of its constant self admiration by calling itself handsome and making itself seeming more terrifying than it actually is. It also likes to give the player hints on what enemies will appear in certain waves when the player manages to get to them. Additionally, Jaxe does seem to admire the players strength, but this is only once.

When Jaxe comes back in Totality Tower as Headless Jaxe, it loses all of its personality because it does not have its head.

Appearance

Jaxe has a large masculine body. It has a jack-o'-lantern with an orange glow inside of its head (in promotional material and its dialogue, there is instead a yellow glow) and a giant scratch on its right eye. It has a black cape, a black and gray chest plate with orange barring and a bright yellow diamond in the middle, and gray and black shoulder pads. It has green skin and some different colored arm and wrist-bands. It also has dark pants and a pair of dark knee pads with a white outline. Lastly, it carries a large iron, double-sided axe with a black handle that it holds in its left hand.

As Headless Jaxe, it has the same clothing, weapon, and armor but it has no head. Where its head would be is a green and blue flame. Additionally, it has darker green skin and the diamond in its chest plate is now a neon green.

Biography

Jaxe had been enemy that had appeared before the Solar Eclipse Event although in a much different form. On October 18th, 2019, an event called Nightmare Carnival had started which was a Halloween themed event in Tower Defense Simulator. The Jaxe there had only been a peon rather than the final boss of the event. This version of it had looked very similar to it now, but it had been less polished.

Skipping to right before the events of the Solar Eclipse Event, it could be inferred that it had joined The Umbra to yet again stop the player from succeeding there goal, just like Penumbras and Swamp Monster.

• Jaxe was the first enemy to become a narrator.
• Jaxe is the weakest major boss in Tower Defense Simulator.
• Jaxe shares a similar laugh with Lord Sinister whenever it throws its axe.
  • For some reason, Headless Jaxe also laughs whenever it throws its axe despite having no head.
• Whenever Jaxe is defeated, it will drop its head which is then used for an emote that the player can preform.
• Since Tower Defense Simulator runs in Roblox, Jaxe's legs use an R6 rig while the rest of his body uses the R15 rig.
