Jayden Fletcher is a minor antagonist in the 2023 tactical shooter video game Ready or Not, appearing as one of the three named suspects in the mission "Thank You, Come Again".
He was a student who, alongside some of his friends, planned to rob a gas station.
He was voiced by an unknown actor.

Jayden was born on September 2nd, 2005 in Los Sueños, California. He had an older brother who was arrested and served time in prison for drug-related offence and Jayden used to be enrolled in a drug treatment program to get over his addiction. Jayden planned the robbery of the gas station alongside Andre Williams and Zion Pretlow. It is possible that the firearms they used for the robbery were obtained from Jayden's older brother.
Thank You, Come Again[]
On February 3rd, 2025, Jayden, Andre, Zion, and two unnamed suspects attempted to rob the gas station. They were originally going to rob it at 10:00 PM, however, they were delayed one hour which resulted in them shooting a homeless man, execute the gas station's manager, Mudasir Varma, and getting in a brief firefight with a veteran. When the police arrived at the scene, Jayden was either arrested or killed.
