Jayvon Simson is a minor antagonist from Grand Theft Auto IV. He was a gangster who was an associate of Dwayne Forge before ratting him out to avoid doing time and to take his fortune.
Biography[]
Early in his life, he became a gangster and joined the North Holland Hustlers. Jayvon would also get himself involved with dealing drugs, which made him a target to the police. After he was caught, he sold out Dwayne Forge to save his own skin and take his fortune, including his girlfriend, Cherise Glover.
After Dwayne was released from prison, he has Niko go after Jayvon and Cherise to get the money back from them. As Niko confronted the couple, Jayvon attempted to shoot Niko and flee on his bike, leaving his girlfriend behind for Niko to decide her fate. Jayvon is then killed after Niko caught up to him and returns Dwayne the money.
After his death, Cherise, if spared, will move on to the next boyfriend, hinting that she cared little about him.
Personality[]
Jayvon is a very treacherous gangster who used others around him and is willing to sell out any of his allies if it means to save his own skin and to gain their benefits. This was proven true as he ratted out Dwayne and took his ex-girlfriend, Cherise, and used her for his own sexual desires. He is also shown to be a selfish coward as he was seen leaving Cherise behind while attempting to flee from Niko.

- As he's attempted to shoot Niko and flee, he has a generic Jamaican NPC dialogue all while he's an African-American.
