Jazz Hand is the main antagonist of the episodes Mime Your Own Business and the arc of Jazz Hands Return of the children television series Totally Spies.
He is a supervillain that is obsessed with turning every people in the world turn people into mimes.
He was voiced by Ben Joseph.
Personality[]
He is devious villain that likes to turn everyone in the world into mime just so they can. He appeared to have a romantic interest for Miss Spiritfinger even after finding out that she is actually Sam he tried to persuade her to believe that Miss Spiritfinger is still there.
Synopsis[]
He first appeared turning performers into mime using a high-tech accordion, and it caught the attention of WOOHP spies. As he continued turning performers into mimes, he also turned Sam and Alex into mimes. When the spies entered in Jazz Hands' home. he trapped them in an invisible box and revealed his plan to turn everyone into mime so they will understand the hardship of being one especially when he was shunned for his past performance as a mime. While he and his minions are on a blimp to turn everyone into mimes, the girls, who got out of the invisible box, confronted them and manages to defeat them with Jazz Hand being blasted by his device that includes being trapped by an invisible box and being silent. He was sent to WOOHP prison, and as for Jazz Hands victim, they were turned back to normal including Sam and Alex.
Jazz Hands was released from WOOHP prison after serving his sentence for good behavior. Jazz Hand created a mime theme park on an island to welcome tourist. However, unknown to Jazz Hands, Jerry and Sam were suspicious about his reformation that Jerry had to send Sam on a solo undercover mission to investigate Jazz Hands' plan. However, Jazz Hands created a force field bubble to prevent anyone from entering until the grand opening. As a result, Sam had to create a villain persona called Miss Spiritfinger to gain Jazz Hands' trust, which included stealing a microchip for him, and his romantic interest. During the grand opening to welcome tourist, Jazz Hands got the microchip from Miss Spiritfinger, with Clover and Alex joining along on the mission, he can proceed with the plan to turn everyone in the world into mimes. Jazz Hands uncovered Miss Spiritfinger is Sam that he decided to turn her into a real mime, and he captured Clover and Alex and make them slowly falling into the hot ink. Jazz Hand and his army arrived in Beverly Hill to turn them into mimes. However, Clover and Alex, who got rescued by Jerry, arrived to stop Jazz Hands' plan by turn the mime victims back to normal including Sam. Jazz Hands was defeated and sent back to WOOHP prison. Also, his island base is being claimed by WOOHP.
