Personality[]

Biography[]

Heroes of Might and Magic III[]

The Shadow of Death[]

All that is known about Jeddite's past is that he and Sandro were good friends and they were students of the great warlock, Ethric. In fact, it was Jeddite himself who introduced Sandro to Ethric, but the master doubted his new apprentice's abilities from the beginning. Sandro left, learned necromancy and became a lich, but Jeddite completed his training and successfully became a warlock. Later, when Sandro returned with some powerful artifacts in his possession, Jeddite wrote him a letter revealing some things. Jeddite blamed himself for some of the events happening, felt ashamed of Sandro's rise as a necromancer, and thought he might have paid more attention to his master. He then stated that he had made an alliance with Lord Ufretin, one of the influential figures of the elves, and Ignatius, one of the commanders of the Kreegan demons. His goal was to destroy Sandro and get the artifacts to Ethric. A week later, Sandro wrote a response to his former best friend, in which he was a little overconfident in style, but told him he was not afraid of his threats and would defeat all his opponents. Even Sandro himself admitted that Jeddite had become a quite powerful warlock, but he managed to defeat him, though he could not kill him because he retreated.

Heroes Chronicles: Clash of the Dragons, The Sword of Frost[]

He then appeared only many years later, this time as a minion of the evil dragon queen of Nighon, Mutare. His opponent was the legendary immortal, Tarnum, whose goal was to free the good dragons from Mutare's underground prisons and free their minds from her possession. Jeddite tried to stop him, he was defeated, but he did not die. He returned again later, but this time he was much stronger and the dreaded Azure dragons were in his army. However, Tarnum defeated him again, but he managed to avoid captivity and death again. After Mutare was defeated and later died, a war broke out between the overlords over who would be Nighon's new ruler. Tarnum entered the war because he needed an army to stop his friend Gelu, who wanted to destroy the Sword of Frost with the Armageddon’s Blade. However, Jeddite again was his main opponent for the third time and they fought again, but the hero defeated him for the third time, but he managed to escape again. He was not seen for a while after his third great defeat.

Heroes of Might and Magic IV[]

Jeddite survived the showdown and reappeared in the world of Axeoth. In Jungle Fever scenario, he was the main opponent. He appeared on a large island, part of which he ruled, while the other half ruled by undead in their own lands. There was peace between them for a few years, the warlock fed his dragons with many inhabitants, while the undead transformed many. However, the undead saw that the island was not big enough for the two evils and they decided that their rival has got to go. The odds were very favorable for Jeddite, the warlock was a very strong opponent, he had black dragons and two strong minions, a fire diviner and a fireguard. However, the undead, after fierce battles, eventually defeated him and put an end to his rule. His fate is then unknown.

Powers and Abilities[]

Almost all of his opponents admitted that Jeddite was a strong and dangerous opponent. He was a talented, powerful warlock and was almost always able to inflict losses on his opponents.
